It’s a really big Chinese store. It was empty when I first got in there. I ordered my food which came to $15. I got chicken wings, shrimp lo mein & a homemade pink lemonade. The prices aren’t too bad. They do accept debit card. They charge you $.075 if you spend less than $15. They took about 15 minutes to cook my food. It seems like it was mom & dad in the back cooking & 2 kids about the ages of 11 & 15 taking the orders & packing the bags. The service was just ok. The food wasn’t too bad either. I really like that I had like 10 pieces of shrimp in my lo mein. The chicken wings were fried really hard like I asked. It wasn’t anything special, but definitely wasn’t bad. I do live close so I will probably be back.

Completely dishonest! Missing items and missing the receipt! Paid extra for things and did NOT get them! They made a NEW receipt and crossed out the time which was suspicious but made it more obvious that they just printed it out to appease themselves. I will NOT be shopping ever again. They also lied and said someone else took my order but i know the voice and name of the one i spoke with! My dollar was worked hard for and matters! ThankYahhh happy black history month

I’ve been in Mt Airy for almost two years now and have ordered from all kinds of places who sell Chinese. Golden Dragon is consistently the only place I never have issues with. All the food is fairly priced. Portion sizes are great, and they’re very friendly. They may be a few spots who have “better” food but you’ll pay 1.5x what you’ll pay here and it’s not always going to be good. If you’re new to the area or are looking for someone consistent and convenient, you’re not going to find anything better

I ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp rolls. The rice was yellow, didn’t taste fried and most of the shrimp was at the top.
It just wasn’t good. It was like yellow rice with shrimp. It would have been nice if they had started with white rice and actually fried it in sesame oil and soy sauce but that didn’t happen!
The shrimp roll was good. Very crisp and brown on the outside and the lettuce wasn’t over baring. I definitely enjoyed the shrimp roll the most.
Their customer service was like Chick-Fil-A at a Chinese store. That’s one of the main reasons why I am willing to go back. However, I WILL NOT be getting their shrimp fried rice.
If you go, be sure to get a shrimp roll.

Interior is kinda Raggedy but who cares about that. Came in the pick up some food for my pregnant girlfriend.
Staff was really nice and my girl is very picky about food and she loved her general tos’s chicken and I loved my 6 fried chicken wings they where plenty large. Seems like other folks have issues with food, I’ve been here only once but if the quality is hit and miss it was a hit with me today.
