I was completely blown away by how good the food was! I honestly didn’t expect a food truck to deliver such fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented sushi, but this place exceeded every expectation. Every bite tasted like it came straight from a high-end restaurant. The rolls were perfectly balanced, the fish was super fresh, and the sauces added the perfect touch.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The presentation alone made it feel like a special experience, and the flavors backed it up 100%!
If you’re a sushi lover (or even if you’re just curious), you have to try this food truck.
Stopped by Sushi Size after reading a lot of glowing reviews. I like to try sushi wherever I go. This particular place is a food truck / trailer tucked behind a gas station, positioned in a small cluster of other vendors. The setup is casual and felt safe enough, but worth noting: the dining area is very close to a dumpster, and the surroundings—old motel out back with low-income housing, parking lot fencing—might not feel comfortable to everyone.
Service was friendly but entirely in Spanish, and as the only non-Spanish speaker during my visit, communication was limited. I ordered a few items to sample the range, and while everything was well-presented and clearly made with effort, the seasoning was quite different from what I’d expect from traditional sushi. The flavors didn’t sit well with me afterward, but others online really seem to enjoy it, so it could be a matter of preference or regional influence (the trailer wrap suggests a Venezuelan background).
If you’re into fusion-style sushi and want to support a local food truck scene, it might be worth a shot—especially on a busier night when the whole lot comes alive. For me personally, it didn’t hit the mark, but I respect the hustle.
Everything was absolutely delicious — you can tell they take sushi-making seriously.
I’m definitely coming back.
The crispy shrimp were insane, and the sushi burrito… next level.
The food is on a whole different level.
They do take a while, but it’s totally worth the wait.
