I just wanted to brag to you about one of your employees; Ms. Elena. I was in last night to get food and Ms. Elena was in the front mopping the floors. I ordered my food and while I was waiting, she struck up a conversation with me while she was mopping. She was concerned about people potentially slipping on the melted snow from outside so she was doing her best to keep the dining room area mopped and dry so no one would slip. I’m sure you are aware of the weather this past week, yet she had the front floors looking immaculate. She was also one of the friendliest Arby’s employees I’ve ever met. To the management, you all should do whatever you can to keep this lady on your team. She’s a real sweet heart. I personally look forward to seeing her the next time I’m through VA in my truck. Thanks for your time. And Thank You Ms. Elena for being such a stand out employee and human being.

The customer service at this location is very nasty!! They over cooked my fries. I took the back in to let them see. The manager and the cashier (LISA MILLER) had nasty attitudes about fixing the order. So I ask for a refund. The manager in the picture with the eye sore image had a really nasty attitude about fixing it. She gave the refund and walked off! POOR SERVICE AND FOOD!! Everyone in there needs to be on a diet! If I looked like that I would be nice to everyone! I will not buy anything out of this whole store ever again.

I stopped by the Arby’s in Toms Brook, VA on 9/26/25 around 8:15 AM and had such a great experience! The cashier was so friendly, truly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, which made the visit even better. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and you could tell they cared about keeping things running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Excellent service and atmosphere

Thanks a whole bunch for charging my husband for Swiss cheese on our roast beef sandwiches and then not putting any on the sandwiches. What a waste disappointment. As a truck driver, he can’t just turn around and come back to get the order fixed. Thanks for not k owing how to listen to a customer and thanks for not doing your job properly. The receipt shows that he was charged for the cheese. The sandwich shows that there is no cheese. $4.00. For no cheese. Thank you.

I went in around 12:30am and got a double beef n Cheddar and a large curly fries the sandwich was delicious but the fries well they look like they where cooked then reheated and reheated either that or they really need to change the grease

Great staff! Very pleasant folks taking our orders and serving our food. Dining room was clean and comfortable for us while we sat and ate our food. Food was also fresh and delicious. Nice to get out of our truck and have a hot meal in a nice place.

During this time of staff shortage you have been able to hire/retain an employee that is fantastic!
Elena F. ?????? (crystal) Was cashier, drive through and fry person. There was a person in the back preparing sandwiches but Elena was handling ALL of the customer service and she did so with an up beat attitude. There were several food items not available due to a truck non delivery but she handled every customer so well that I didn’t hear anyone get upset with her! It was fantastic! I wanted to jump in and put her orders together for her. She definitely should be recognized, promoted and appreciated or someone is going to grab her. If I was local to the area I would definitely offer her an interview.
I heard someone call her Crystal even though my receipt said Elena F. She may not have been able to be signed in to multiple cash registers at the same time?
