We stopped her for lunch while we were leaf peeping. They have dine in service, a few outside tables and also offer to go. A bonus is that they make their own candy. We had their BLT on rye bread and loved it. Grilled cheese sandwich was cooked perfectly but the three cheeses they use tasted mild and we like ours with more bite. Loved our candy choices: peanut butter balls, carmels and toffee. They also make a chocolate covered cookie that is light and crunchy so the cookie doesn’t take away from the chocolate flavor. We would go back.

Outstanding sandwiches served quickly and with a smile in a wonderful space. Both the tuna salad and club sandwiches were delicious. And apparently the chicken salad is outstanding too, because it was sold out. Worth a visit for everyone.

I had the egg salad sandwich. The kitchen cooked the eggs and made the salad for my order. Don’t want onions in your salad? No problem because it’s made to order.
It closes at 3:00, so don’t be put off if your favorite is no longer available close to closing time. This is the price we pay for fresh and homemade.
The owner is also a masterful chocolatier. Get some from the case. You won’t be sorry.

We ate here Monday and it was a great experience. The restaurant has a lot of atmosphere and the service and food was excellent. The food was a good value for lunch. We would definitely eat there again.

They asked my budget and after a very small wait I had the most beautiful flower arrangement in my hands and ready to go. Every person I encountered was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was in town from Wyoming for an old school friends funeral. A different old school friend recommended I try them for my flower order. When I called the lady set up an appointment for me with the owner. When I arrived she brought me a cup of coffee that was absolutely amazing! The owner and I talked about my friend who had passed and what she liked etc. When I walked into the service later that evening I was absolutely blown away by how he had managed to capture my friends love of the west and VA in the arrangement. I was also amazed at the quality and size of the arrangement for the price. Thank you for making a painful time a lot easier!
