Good food with a nice selection of of buffet, tried the buffet on a Saturday, very less crowd so when u go with kids its peaceful. The food was good with a large variety of vegetarian dishes, if you are a Chole fav, it was amazing!! superb level of spices. And Gajar ka halwa was very delicious. The spread is quite but its little small in space hence looks tiny. If they do something well to the salad bar that would be great, it looked the top was hiding many nice spread of salads and other fruits. They had a hot tawa for malai chicken and fish which was average in taste. daal, palak paneer was ok but butter chicken was good. No veg biryani but they have plain rice with dahi ki kadi which was tasty.

“Good option in buffet…”

I went there for the buffet so this is a review for that. I did not try ala carte yet. A buffet is $15 on Friday, nearby restaurants charge $10 so compared to that, expensive. Courteous staff, good ambience… mirror on the whole wall makes u feel like this is a big restaurant.
There was 4 option in Nonveg starters (i like malai kabab and chapali kabab) and as a usual poor option for veg fellas.
2-3 option in both veg and nonveg entree. Mango juice (too much sugar) along with gulab jamun very good) and gajar ka halwa (just ok). I liked the food but $15 is a bit more for the buffet.

I arrived there right after work hours, before the crowds showed up. So the place was empty The waitress was yakking in the phone, but she immediately gave me the proper professional attention. Her English wasn’t that good, just enough to do the job without too much miscommunication. I had the basic Goat Curry, which was DELICIOUS! Maybe it’s cuz I was hungry… However I’ve had goat curry before and this was up there what the best. The meat was juicy and had very few bones! I took half of the food To Go. I guess this might be my new Indian joint… Decent ambiance, decent service (so far), and of course, the MOST IMPORTANT THING in a RESTAURANT: delicious FOOD

Let me say first off that the food did taste amazing. If that was all there was to this review it would be 5 stars. The lamb samosas were also incredible.

However, service was abysmal, the server spent most of our meal on her phone, even when taking our order.

I order the chicken tandoori and my wife ordered the goat curry. My chicken was served on the bone, which is no huge deal but it would be nice to have that mentioned in the menu. My wife’s curry also had bones in it, which is hard to tell in an opaque sauce. That could be really dangerous.

My wife also ordered chai tea that didn’t arrive till the end of the meal and was so over steeped it tasted like soap. It came in what I can only call an esspreso cup and cost over $3. If they hadn’t removed it from my bill this would be a 1 star review.

Went here with friends and experience was better than last time. Desserts had variety and we’re really tasty. There was a puffins chutney with raw mango mixed and it was the best thing I had today.
I eat here many times and usually one or two items used to be odd or not good in taste but not today (probably due to weekend traffic).
My friend had non-veg and he was satisfied with curries.
Staff was courteous and Happy minded. Did not bother to much as we were sitting and chatting post closing hours.
Good price point too for ~14 weekdays and ~16 weekends for buffet.

Taste of India used to be great, but has fallen off dramatically in the last few years. Food quality is not where it was, more expensive, and they just can’t get the take-out orders correct. The last two in a row have been very wrong, taking over an hour to get the whole thing sorted out with correct items and price. Frustratingly, they won’t take the time to get off their phones to check and review the order. Barely civil. The dining room is deserted at night. Time to try one of the many other Indian restaurants in the area.

Had been here only ones. 2 years back. The biryani had gone stale. The rice was stick and the chicken as well. it had a distinct bitter flavour to it. Asked the owner to change the tray and also to try it for them self. They ignored me since other customers were there. Soon other realized too. She took the tray away after few customers complained. I never went back again.

I had Beryani, Samosa, and Kheer. None of them was good. The worst Indian food I’ve ever tried. Not authentic, and smells bad. I ordered Mango Lacey and left without it. I hope if there is 0 for ratings. I also wonder how other reviewers gave them good ratings! Either they’ve never tried Indian food before or
