Great little pizza food truck! We had a such a good experience. Perfect little place to sit outside and enjoy great food. The pizza is a nice mix between thin and thick crust, its crunchy, with a sauce that tastes authentic and homemade. The garlic knots are also amazing…soft, garlicky and so good!!! Everything is made to order. Jeannie is super sweet and outgoing and you can tell she loves her customers and is thankful for the business and support. 2nd time coming here. Wanted to give it a second chance. Pizza dough is not good. No flavor and very chewy. The best way I can describe it like stale crackers that have been rehydrated with water. The taste made us think that it was gluten-free, when it’s not. Toppings were fine. Service and atmosphere were great! I hate to rate a small, home-grown business low, but just the food was not up to par.
