I Love these drinks they just make you feel good! My only problem is you are paying a lot of money for these drinks with all the extra add ins & you ask them to put the extra left over in the cup, they NEVER DO!! There’s one guy after 5 whom is awesome @ customer service & gives me all of what I paid for! To me that’s customer service why wouldn’t you wanna make the customer happy so they will wanna come back!! they should just give the extra without having to ask for it ! We pay for it!!!! So why would you throw it away!!

We ordered online, we have always had accurate orders here except today…one of our flatbreads was burned and we asked for no romaine but they put romaine on it, my sandwich wasn’t even cut (okay no big deal I can cut it myself but it was also missing the extra ranch I paid for…), another sandwich we asked for no cheese cause the person who ordered it doesn’t eat cheese and they left the cheese on there and didn’t put tomato which normally comes on it…all of these were specifically requested when we submitted the order.

I just had to say God bless the sweet young folks at the Tropical Smoothie on florentine in prescott valley. Bo and Mia helped me and they were just WONDERFUL, so polite and kind. there was another young gentleman in the back making food and he was nice to me as well I did not get his name though!!! They looked like they were having FUN working together and that warmed my heart. The smoothie was tasty nice and cold what I needed on a hot day. It was a little too sweet for my liking but the service made it all o Kay! God bless you both keep up the good work

This place came highly recommended by a couple of friends. I just moved to town, so always looking for good recommendations. I created an online pickup order and arrived a little early. Once I arrived, I was blatantly ignored for several minutes, despite saying hello. I then watched as my smoothie and sandwich were made. My smoothie did not have the add-ins I requested, and the gentleman in back making my sandwich was grabbing ready to eat ingredients and putting it on the bread with bare hands. No gloves to be seen anywhere, super gross.

They had a great special.gping on where I got a free smoothie with a food or bowl purchase. I got a spinach egg pesto wrap and a green smoothie. I got the Detox Island Green. It was a meal sized large smoothie. I loved it. The wrap was fresh made and tasty. The place was not very big but had some high top seating and was very clean. The staff was friendly.

Service was rude in drive thru thought it would be fast I was the only one in line 1 smoothie and it honestly made me really sick after drinking half then threw the rest away. Pretty expensive fail. they charge 10 bucks for horrible service with a side of diarrhea.
