shoutout Adam for being the only one to acknowledge me when i walked in, i walked up to the counter and made eye contact with about 4-5 different people behind it, all of which just stared at me and then picked up their phone and walked away. they were all also staring at me very clearly and it was just very uncomfortable overall, but the coffee was good.

The best Starbucks location imo. Those shaken espressos stay crispy! Everyone is always so nice. Destiny, Santi, Alex, Haley, Luisa… all of the workers here deserve a raise for the slay customer service!!

Really poor customer service here every time I come. Staff never speaks to you upon entering or even when you approach the order area. Just stand there like idiots looking at you. Very sad compared to other locations.

This is a HUGE standalone Starbucks! Tons of seating inside! There are tables outside as well. The baristas did a great job making our lattes!

Nice experience here. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building so we went in. It still took a LONG time. The drinks were done much sooner than our sandwich. Had to wait a while for them to heat it up… it is nice that Jacksonville finally has Starbucks as an option now though!

The absolute sweetest barista in the whole Starbucks Nation just waited on us at the Jacksonville AL location. You could tell they were understaffed but she didn’t let that effect her quality of service. I will definitely be back. Thanks for such great service!
