738 pm on a Tuesday. My husband and I wanted to I get a couple sandwiches and sit down and enjoy our sandwiches. Just as we were about to order the young lady behind counter announces lobby and eating areas are closed for eating in. Seriously!! We said forget it and walked out. Along with at least 6 other adults behind us and there kids. And we all walked out. Guess they don’t want people’s business very bad.

I understand this location gets busy because it’s a Friday night but it’s very highly unacceptable to make someone’s rap so messy and disgusting. I spent $11 on this wrap and it’s not even a wrap. It’s just stuff thrown inside a flatbread, not to mention the snarky attitude that I received when I asked so many questions. This is exactly why I travel 45 minutes away to another subway this is my third time in here and all three times have been terrible service either my food is not heated up properly or it’s mostly put together in a very bad way. This isn’t even a wrap it’s a burrito nothing g has been cut.

Delicious subs and laid back environment. I get my usual Spicy Italian sub in a tomato basil wrap with a cookie and cherry Coke. I like the new remodel of the interior as it has a more modern look. I’m glad they got rid of the chairs and tables in front of station to build your subs at, as it got in the way. Overall amazing food!

We stopped at this Subway early on a Monday afternoon. The service was better than most Subways I have been to. The ingredients were fresh, they don’t skimp on how much they put into the sandwiches, and the sandwich artists were very polite, friendly and engaging. I would definitely visit this Subway again!

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Subway. First, when I went to order online to get one of the online deals, every single one said not available at this location okay so I thought maybe I could get it if I just went in no such luck. I was met with two employees that apparently had no idea about anything. So I got frustrated and since I was hungry but didn’t want to pay full price for their sandwiches I just ordered the foot long nachos. As I was being checked out, I realized that I was offered the option of chicken or steak which the employee never told me about and he gave me attitude when I asked if I could get steak. Which I never got. As I was being checked out, apparently there was something wrong with the cash register. They couldn’t open it. I sat there for approximately 8 minutes waiting for them to try and figure it out and to call and talk to the manager on the phone. By this time I was very frustrated. It was hot out and I had my dog in my car. The girl, who by the way, couldn’t talk loud enough for anybody to hear her said the manager will be there in a couple of minutes. In other words, I was expected to wait for the manager to come there to get my food. Frustrated. I just asked for my money back and went to A&w. Every single time I try to order online. I have issues but this was ridiculous being told to wait for the manager to get there from wherever it’ll be a while before I decide to give them my business again. It’s very poor customer service

Rude staff. Just stepped in the door and we were told that it was gonna be a long wait because Online orders came before ours did. We waited awhile as people kept coming into the store and were told the same thing we were sitting on the side and people were budding in line in front of us so we just left complete chaos very unprofessional

We had them cater for our inventory. We let them know what we needed for how many people and Sky helped me get everything I needed gave me a price and it’s actually very reasonable. They had the order ready on time and everything was fresh. Picked up the order and they were friendly and everything was just as described!! Would recommend for a quick lunch for meetings ect especially with feeding a lot of people for a good price!!

I ordered a footling steak egg and cheese, add bacon sub online. They for one, gave me the completely wrong bread. 2, the eggs were not even heated at all. 3, the bacon was still greasy as if it had not even been heated. I said twice that I wanted it toasted and they still did not, and the flatbread was even ripped so it was difficult to eat…. I will not be going to this subway for online orders anymore..

Jake and Cody did a fantastic job at a very complicated order.
We ordered three very difficult footlong meals and a footlong nacho.
One of the orders literally had EVERYTHING on it and it was very well constructed and nothing was oozing out of it. The nachos tasted awesome with cool ranch Doritos.
And the double meat double cheese flat bread with a bunch of sauces and veggies was extremely tasty and well put together as well.
These gentleman ever made small talk as we were the only customers and were very hospitable.
Loved the positive experience as we are from Minnesota made the trip even better as a dinner than most sit down restaurants.

This subway is the best I have been to a few one in Berlin, a couple in waupaca and this one just seems like the service was great and omg!!! The sandwiches were just perfect the kids working in there were just doing things great there was a few people in front of us and one person was working and I only waited about ten min he needs a raise great experience…everything was fresh and done perfect…
