We decided to go to the airport flea market today to get out of the house on this rainy afternoon. I think we smelled this food truck before we seen it. Once I seen the smoker smoking I knew I wanted whatever the nice man had cooking. I ordered pork with jerk sauce and the lady let me know it has a kick of spice to it. Sign me up! It comes with a side I got the Mac & cheese. Everything was amazing! My man got the chicken with penne pasta and that was all delicious also! The only complaint was the shrimp my son got was slightly over cooked so we had to help him get the skin off. Something minor like that will not keep me from trying all the menu options! The owners were amazingly friendly and made you feel like family. I deff recommend giving them a try. If you don’t like spicy I don’t recommend trying the jerk sauce.

Delicious chicken!!! No sauce needed
Had two quarters and a couple servings of rice. A nice big meal for sure. $23 including tip.
Music and random chatter make it a great space to hang out and have quiet conversation.

Absolutely amazing. So so flavorful. We got the Jerk Chicken and it was delicious. The Rasta Pasta is also spectacular.

This was my first time trying their food and it was incredible. I got the ribs, cabbage rice and beans, and had to add a side of Mac and cheese. The food was amazing and flavorful, service was amazing and I will def be back

Truth be told, this is the most flavorful Caribbean food I’ve ever had. You can smell the seasoning before you can taste it, from the jerk chicken with the slow burn to the oxtails in rich brown gravy with beans. A meal within a meal served over rice is so satisfying and filling. Try this for yourself, you can taste the passion and love that they put into their food.

For the sake of honesty, I must say I only stopped here because the taco truck next door was out of birria. My stomach said food or else so I decided to try this truck. They have 3 options for meat, chicken, shrimp and pork and a choice of sides. They do not offer drinks at all. The truck is standard food truck sized with a couple of grills attached.
I ordered jerk chicken, peas and rice, and macaroni and cheese. First, the macaroni is very much southern macaroni, not Jamaican macaroni pie. It also needed salt. I keep salt and pepper sauce in the car so I kept moving. The peas and rice was strange. It was definitely not Caribbean peas and rice but it wasn’t red beans and rice either. It was very bland though and if not for the pepper sauce (Matouk’s Soca sauce btw) then it would be tasteless. Then I tried the star of the show, the jerk. It was clear from the first bite that the lesson who made the chicken was not Jamaican. This was not seasoned with dry or ground jerk seasoning but maybe from a pre-made sauce. Most of the flavour came from the sauce the cashier put on the chicken. The chicken itself was tender and well cooked but not jerk. It wasn’t smoked either, seems like they were using some kind of propane. But that wouldn’t matter if the right spices were used. I won’t say the food is bad, but for a Caribbean person it wasn’t good. The whole meal was $15 and for the amount of food it was a decent price in today’s economy. I just wouldn’t eat it again.

I drove 27 mins to the brewery location. First time customer. He let me taste EVERYTHING and I bought it all licking my fingers and cursing. The pepper shrimp is JUMBO fat whole prawns …omg flavor!! The jerk chicken smoked grill flavor and sauce. Whew! His jerk pork is so tender and ribs have explosive flavor. The pasta is creamy. Mac is macking! I’m going back for the goat n ox tails. He’s legit. Amazing customer service. Prices are the best part! Go check him out.Call him for his location.

The pork was so so delicious. It melts in your mouth. My husband doesn’t even like pork but said it was so good and got seconds. They also cater for large parties. It is a must try.
