The first initial trying of caribou was in hopes of having something better than starbucks, and something different. More or less the few flavors tried they’re kinda burnt kinda odd. Polite workers from what I experienced in the first two weeks which is rare around these parts and most appreciated. The food small over priced and not worth revisiting. The merch isn’t worth those prices are laughable. The drinks are just as okay as them as well. Nothing to go back for. Also I don’t care for places that give points or credit that expire.
That’s a waste. That’d be like buying a coffee and in a week getting an automatic refund. Honestly our house loves 7Brew! Great coffee great flavors never get bored, sizes that lasts longer than 10min. And you can keep your points/rewards and use them when you want. Also they have fun promos. With caribou it feels like an ex just using excuses to contact me, never anything useful.

Ordered a Caramel oat milk shaker, it taste like burnt Folgers with a splash of oat milk and no caramel flavor whatsoever. Only 3 unappealing cold foam options, disappointing. Service was very monotone and mediocre.

I am new to Caribou coffee and so far I am impressed! I have ordered several times from this new location and every time has been great! My drinks have always been very well made and the food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and is understanding when I might have a question or two about drink and food options. I’ve only had one long-ish wait but that can be expected when an establishment is newly opened. I am excited to be a regular customer!

Was told this week and shown the fun cups we could get for the first 100 customers on their grand opening today. Showed up before they opened this morning not to miss them and was told you could buy them instead they weren’t giving them away it was a mug. Waste of a morning won’t be going back.
