Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and there was only 1 person making sandwiches and the other person just stood there. But what really irritated me was that they were more concerned with the drive thru. While we were standing there they made 3 orders for the drive thru and never even took our order. I would NOT recommend this subway to anyone and my guess is that if things don’t change it won’t be open much longer.

Would not recommend this Subway unfortunately, and we have had multiple bad experiences here over the past few years. The dining area is rarely clean on the tables or underneath, appears as if it’s not cleaned the whole day. There have been a lot of bugs by the drink machine and what could potentially be mold coming out of the drink nozzles. The staff is sometimes friendly but not very welcoming. We stopped submitting mobile orders here because they have been wrong about 50% of the time. During our recent visit, two employees were being rude to another employee who was clearly in training and struggling, so that was a very unfortunate representation of the culture there, which absolutely turns customers away. This specific visit, there was an employee wearing a very inappropriate outfit for a professional food service business. We try to avoid this location but sometimes will come here as a last resort when in town.

The store was infested with flies and gnats. Flies were buzzing around the food prep area and we were pestered nonstop while seated. There were a million gnats buzzing around the soda fountain and tea dispensers. One actually got into my drink as I was filling it. Yuck….someone call the health department!

Stopped in Subway for a quick lunch. Was greeted at the counter almost immediately. Placed my order to the polite sandwich artisan. The order was ready in a matter of a couple minutes. Another polite employee rang me up and took my money.

Establishment was somewhat clean. Employees had no clue how to build sandwiches. All the vegetables on the line were frozen. Food sub par. Sandwich wasn’t fully toasted . Need someone here who actually knows how to run a subway cause the teenagers winging it aren’t cutting it.

Order a sub into a wrap with extra meat. There was not extra meat. The wrap cost close to $15.

Kids working who obviously don’t like to be there. No greeting, no thank you not even a have a nice day. Paid for a large drink wanting some FRESH brewed tea, definitely wasn’t fresh tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Knats and flies just flying everywhere. Will NOT be returning to this location. Very disappointed.

I bought a meatball sandwich and the meatballs were bad. They either changed the meatballs or are selling spoiled food. When I called they didn’t even care. I told them to taste one and see for themselves but the girl said they just made them so they were ok. A waste of my money.
