TL;DR: A local favorite, great happy hour, fresh rolls, and the CBS Roll is a must.
Studio Sushi is the right balance between casual and quality. The CBS Roll really stands out, but all the rolls we tried were good, especially the Spicy Popper, Blue Crab, and Lemon Roll. The crispy rice spicy tuna has a nice crunchy base and flavorful tuna on top. Service is friendly, and the patio is a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy if the weather is good. I’m excited to go back.

We had an amazing experience with the friends at this sushi restaurant! The fish was incredibly fresh, and every roll was beautifully prepared.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations! The service was fast even though it was busy. Definitely will be back again!

This was a cute new place we went to last night and it did not disappoint. The halibut melted in our mouth it was so tender, Orion beer yum, oyster shots the best I have ever had thus far. Over all the food was great and the service was amazing and friendly

I had seen this place while working at the stages next door and thought it would be a good place to try out one day. I’m glad I listened to my instincts on this one. Hands down some of the best sushi I’ve ever tried. Came in on my birthday and had Kwyn as our server. The guy was amazing. His customer service was on point and always made sure I had beer to drink. The food was so delicious! Started with some oysters and rice spicy tuna, which are always the go to for when my wife and I get sushi. The rolls were tatsy and very well made. I highly recommend getting the toro and bluefin with caviar sushi. My mouth is watering as I’m writing this thinking about those two. SO GOOD! The restaurant itself was very nice looking inside, and the patio was definitely a vibe. Great music in the background also. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other rolls and sushi I unfortunately didn’t get to try. Thanks again Kwyn for taking care of my wife and I.

Good place. Food was actually very good, everybody liked what they ordered. The problem was with the length of wait. While they started bringing food fairly fast, the last person (family of 6) got their food 55 minutes after the order, and that person just happened to be the hungriest on that day. They were bringing one dish at a time 7-10 minutes apart. If you don’t mind the wait, the food is great.

I just wanted to let you know about my terrible experience at Studio Sushi. Honestly, it was the worst food I’ve ever had. The dishes I was served were rotten and clearly old. It was disgusting and made me really worried for my health.
The place itself was just as bad. There were dish trays outside that were full of mold and dirt, which is gross and totally unsanitary. The furniture is falling apart, and it’s not a place I’d want to sit in again.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. No one seemed to care or try to help when I brought up these issues. The management clearly isn’t doing their job to keep things clean and safe.
Overall, I was very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I hope you take these issues seriously and make some real improvements.

I enjoyed the salmon and bluefin tune rolls very much, simple and refreshing. It was $19 for two rolls which isn’t too bad. No coke zero made me a little sad but that’s always a gamble. ↔️

First time here. Got great reviews so thought we’d try. I think they were having a very off night. The service was not great. Nice people but multiple problems: Brought wrong food to our table; served us flat sodas because something was wrong with their carbonation machine; never brought out one of our rolls. It almost felt like this was a new restaurant that was still figuring itself out. Very young staff, many of whom seems new or like they didn’t know what they were doing. Food was good but portions were small. We most likely will stick to our regular sushi places.
