This is the Panera close from home. I consistently order my chipotle chicken sandwich with avocado extra and they consistently put rotten avocado en mi sandwich. It is absolutely disgusting Staff needs to be trained, if something is spoiled DONT PUT IT IN A SANDWICH!

I feel for those that are struggling to have food to eat, but I have had multiple experiences where my large orders have been stolen. (This is what staff told me.) Please have consistent protocols in place, like placing large orders away so the public can’t just walk away with them. Also have customers show proof of purchase.
My order was supposed to be ready at 11:19am. I arrived with my family at 11am and staff confirmed that the order was received and it should be ready at 11:19am. We tried to pass some time doing an errand, got a message it would be ready at 11:32am, and we arrived at 11:34am. I have young children with special needs. Please do better. Mezzeh, Chipotle- they all consistently implement these security measures. You all can too.

It gets really busy at lunch time! I got there around 11 am and it wasn’t busy, but as I was leaving around noon, the place was packed and seating was hard to find. The food was pretty good, but gave me some terrible heartburn later. My soup, sandwich and a drink was just over $14. I recommend this location.

We have been eating at this Panera for quite so time. Really since it opened. The quality has gone way down hill as of late. We order pick and delivery at least once a week, and I am definitely changing that routine.
Our last few orders (not just the last one) have been subpar. Brown, wilted lettuce, sandwiches not made to order, I had a grilled cheese where the cheese wasn’t even melted. The inclusion of allergen ingredients even though the allergies are checked on the order and we specifically remove those ingredients from the order.
It really seems like they just don’t care. As an example, I included two pictures with this review from the salads that we got tonight. Unfortunately, this is representative of the service we’ve gotten the last few times we’ve ordered from them. They used to a good consistent place to eat. Not anymore.

Panera is a consistently good place to eat. Bakery items are always fresh and tasty. Lunch menu items are also really good, and available pretty quick. They have a selection of coffees and teas that should please everyone, and this location has indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is very polite, and patient. What more could you ask for?

This is my second time having issues with Panera gift cards and absolutely no one, not even their customer service reps made it right. I was told my available balance was locked from some system error and they can’t fix it. In 2025 they can’t unlock gift cards by entering in credentials. I’ve never seen such horrendous customer support in my life and that’s not an exaggeration. Not only did I waste my time, I wasted my money. Even when my gift card is unlocked, I will never EVER, dine here again. I won’t give any time or money to a company that doesn’t excel in good customer service. With the revenue this company earns, you need to invest in a better IT department and gift card system. It’s horribly outdated.

Used to be my go-to for good food at a reasonable price. I chose a pick -2, soup and 1/2 sandwich. Barely warm soup, NO bagette (Panera “bread” out of bread?), and the 1/2 sandwich sure looked like a 1/4. It was 8 pm, but c’mon, no bread? Make more!

Typically when I come to Panera I get the you pick two. And get a sandwich and Greek salad . I like my salads pretty basic onions, cucumber lettuce, salt/pepper, and a boiled egg. As much as I love Panera they were dead wrong for this batch of lettuce . Majority of my salad were the huvs. Which is not lettuce!
