I didn’t know that there are 2 Jersey Mike’s locations in here in scenic Lebanon PA (lol )
This was my 2nd time patronizing these guys and I decided to have a cheese steak (I believe it was a # 17)
I ordered my cheese steak w/a little mayo, lettuce & tomato. BUT I like the tomato to be diced up so when I get home I usually take the tomatoes off & dice them myself because I don’t want to be a “pain in the ass” customer. Today the young man who waited on us was very pleasant I decided to ask him if he would mind me being a bit of pain and dice the tomatoes for me.
He didn’t think I was weird nor did he give me ‘that look’ (ya know the I mean… the 1 that your server has when you ask for something to be done the way you prefer…)
I had worked in retail & food service since 1980 (my parents owned a health store as well) so I know damn well that the customer is NOT ‘always right’ However I know just as well how important it is to be pleasant and helpful. Without the customer… I wouldn’t have been employed! Even if I had the most ignorant and flat out nasty customer I knew that if I were to be combative/nasty back at them I’d only be adding fuel to the fire.
Plus you catch more flies with honey than vinegar!
This was the best tasting steak sandwiches I’ve ever had! The quality of the meat was wonderful! I know that different cuts of meat have different tastes but I honestly didn’t really think that’d make much of a difference in a steak sandwich (boy was I wrong!!)
The roll was nice and fresh the lettuce & tomatoes were crisp & fresh. Coupled with friendly, courteous and helpful service equaled a fabulous lunch break from baking my Christmas cookies!!
I don’t get to ‘eat out’ very often. But a friend had given me a gift card for Jersey Mike’s for a Christmas present so I asked my upstairs neighbor if he’d give me a lift I’d get him a hoagie so this was a very positive and enjoyable lunch!
I forgot about taking a picture until I was almost done!
I didn’t catch the young man’s name who served us, but he cooked the steak perfectly and they use the right amount of meat. Some places put too much & other places don’t put enough.
I hadn’t been able to find a decent hoagie since I moved here from New Jersey. Alas… they’re from Jersey! Merry Christmas and I Pray this new year will be a supercalifragilistic expialidocious year for everyone!! ✌️❤

I’ve literally never been inside of a Jersey Mike’s before. Never will again. Place is empty, aside from the one man in front of us who all three workers are waiting on. We are taking our time looking at the menu because again, have never been here. The guy in front of us leaves the worker at the other end says “you guys gonna order orrrrrr” we walk over to him and realize where previous customer was standing said pick up and this end had a small sign saying order here. Okay cool. Again never been here. Didn’t realize. He asks what I want and I said Italian with no- he cuts me off to say we will worry about the toppings after the meat is sliced. Okay…..he slices the toppings the girl (Araceli) takes over and as if I want it “mikes way” idk what that is and I say to make it easier I just don’t want oregano and onions. This pisses her off. She proceeds to in 50x speed run through what’s on the hoagie. She was mad: idk why? I said ok just no oregano and no onions. She says SOLETTUCETOMATOSALTPEPPERVINEGAROIL. I said no vinegar or oil. I don’t get to ask for peppers or pickles. She quickly and aggressively makes my sandwich and slams it on the counter not even closed. Says something smart. I didn’t hear what. I wanted to just leave at that point. There was no reason for the disrespect. The place was DEAD. I don’t react to her nastiness at all. Did we stand in the wrong spot initially? Yes. Did I not know what “mikes way” is? Nope. Also don’t assume everyone on earth has been here! Have some patience. If you hate your job don’t take it out on customers.

My daughter and I LOVE this location in Lebanon. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Service is fast and accurate. Most importantly, when my daughter requests “extra pickles,” they are piled on until she says there are enough. I had a sub in a bowl here yesterday and it was absolutely amazing!

Favorite Jersey Mikes location! Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is always on point. They always go above and beyond! They knew it was my birthday and they certainly delivered and showed up! Made my entire day. If you haven’t done so, go check this location out.

The line was almost out the door, and I still got served in less than 5 minutes. These guys are fast, efficient, and even made small talk while making the sandwich. They truly make the most of their time. I’m a big guy and got the mini Italian w/ jalapeño chips and a drink. Filled me up. These sandwiches are huge so don’t feel like you need to get the giant to feed your appetite.
