So, Atilano’s is pretty good everywhere in the city, but it depends on what your expectations are. It’s a fast food restaurant and it’s fairly prices for the quality and speed of the food. The service is on par with the price and cattle herding business plan of most fast-food establishments. As Mexican fast good goes, they are better than average, they back up quite a bit during peak times, so if you’re in a hurry you may be waiting longer than you’d like. Overall, if I want Mexican fast food, they are pretty much the pick and there are many locations around the city, but I like this on the best (probably because it is in closer proximity to where I live.

Atilano’s Mexican Food is amazing! The food is fresh and full of flavor, but the chips and salsa stole the show Great service Highly recommend!

Expect street vendor type Mexican food, nothing fancy, refried beans and rice. Tasted exactly like I expected it to taste. The price is comparable to other fast food places. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, super basic, no extras.

I went through the drive thru for my order and was very specific about wanting red sauce only. Go figure they put all green in the bag. We pulled in and I went inside to ask for more red sauce. First of all, both women ignored me, and when I finally interrupted them to ask for more, she gave me 2 sauces. She had a total of 4 in her hand which is what I asked for. I said again, may I please have 2 more. She looked at me with such hate and said ” if you want more red sauce, get it yourself” its behind you. What a LAZY AND RUDE brat. Atilanos…I have tolerated the crap from your employees for over 8 years. NO MORE. Your female employees are HORRIBLE, MEAN and sure as heck have ZERO respect for YOUR business. What a shame. I will take my business elsewhere.

been here many times. always had great experience with the burritos. ordered 2 thru the drive thru and when got home they were maybe half the normal size. but not half the price. you can’t advertise and charge for a giant burrito, and then give the customer half the size than your normal product.

Maybe it’s because I haven’t had their food in 10+ years but good lord has the quality fallen off the face of the earth. Ate here in a pinch but the burrito I had was luke warm and it was almost flavorless? Do they use whiz cheese? Because that’s what it tasted like. Hate to see it. Spokane folks don’t know what good Mexican food is but this is NOT it.

I would give this a 0 if possible. I’m normally not one to complain but when the kids bite into their food and simultaneously say ow, I think it’s time to speak up. This is the first time we ordered from here, after driving past it everyday on the way home we decided to try it. We ordered 12 crispy beef tacos and one 2 beef enchilada plate.
Where to start:
The crispy tacos were so over cooked that they tasted burnt on any part that didn’t have filling. When my 6 year old son bit his, it cut his gums so bad they bled for 20 mins, a piece of his gum was almost scalloped off. They were so tiny it really was not worth $2.20 a piece (the online menu is inaccurate btw).
The enchilada plate ($7.50) was supposed to be beef but it was only cheese; seriously only two tortillas with some cheese, rolled up with some of the blandest enchilada sauce I have ever tasted dumped on top—literally swimming in it.
Overall the food was either extremely bland or overcooked and definitely not worth the 20 minutes I waited or the $38 I paid for it.
You can bet we will never be going back, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to eat here. Ever. Especially if you appreciate your gums.

I went last night to get my boyfriend a chicken burrito. They didn’t understand what I was saying so I had to keep repeating myself. Then I was practically shouting when she finally understood what I was saying. It get’s better, my boyfriend complained that the food tasted weird and discovered someone spit in the burrito. Never I mean never will I being going there again.

Can’t get an ‘American soft taco’ (flour tortilla, meat, cheese, lettuce), meat is rather flavorless, ONLY Mexican restaurant I have been to that can’t (won’t) make fajitas without the onions. Yes, I get they are pre mixed but how hard is it to just pull out a few peppers and toss the onions before cooking? Or, take 10 second and cut a fresh pepper
