DELICIOUS FALAFEL!! I am gluten free and they were very knowledgeable and helpful, and I could find lots of options. It was delicious!! We went on a very cold evening, other than the fact we needed to wear our jackets for dinner, the service was great and We will be going again and again.

One of the best meals served in the State! Our meals were delicious, fresh, very well prepared. The price point is great for the amount of food presented. The desserts are amazing. Easily a five star meal, in a relaxed setting, that can compete with fine dining elsewhere. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. Take your family, co-workers or ask for catered services. The pita is made on the premises. The meats are grilled to perfection. They offer vegetarian options Fantastic to get away from bar food fare served evetwhere today. An amazing meal close to downtown Bangor, Stillwater Ave. shopping or UMaine. It was absolutely incredible! The food was amazing, especially the bulgar and the lamb, and don’t even get me started on the Syrian tea. It came in a lovely Turkish glass, and the little desert were divine.

My wife and I have eaten at Shamee multiple times and will continue to dine there. The food is excellent with a great selection of dishes. Theservice is friendly and efficient. The portions are generous. The atmosphere is casual and almost like dining in someone’s clean comfortable home.

SO GOOD! Came here for the first time on Valentine’s Day and had a great experience! Everything tasted amazing and the food came out very quickly. Portions are perfect and for a good price! Staff was all very nice. We will be recommending to everyone and definitely will be coming back regularly!
