Another disappointment with smashed choco lava. It wasn’t busy but got this.
After talking with manager in person, they refunded the amount for providing wrong pizza.

Ordered two veggie pizzas and was really disappointed. One of the pizzas came with pepperoni instead of pineapple, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a veggie pizza. The other pizza was way too salty, almost inedible — and I ended up paying $25 for a medium pizza that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Really poor quality control and attention to detail.

Dominos saved my life. Picked up a few pizzas before the ice storm. The pizza was awesome, as usual. We never lost power, was able to reheat the pizza while stuck in the house for 5 days. After chopping ice for 2 days, was able to drive the car out of the garage.

I get it, my complaint is minimal, but still. Ordered 3 pizzas this past Friday. I clearly marked “square cut” on the app, and the receipt shows “square cut” but the staff cant cut a pizza correctly. Come on man, it’s a simple request! This location (read the reviews) is awful. They clearly lack adult management, and any QC process. Do yourself a favor, skip Dominos and go to Zza Pizza or even just buy a frozen HEB pizza – you’ll thank me later.

They have 5 people working on pizzas and mine is still on prep and I ordered almost 24 min ago. I made sure to put my timer on because I didn’t want to be late picking it up. While their prices are not bad I wish they had a hot and ready option like little Cesar’s. Also TELL THE TRUTH if I would have known my pizza was going to take more than 30 min to make I would have gone somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza and a salad from this location in the late afternoon. The pizza was fine and as expected. The salad, as you can see in the attached photo, was less than edible.
I tried to get a refund for the salad online to no avail, as there was no way to bypass the bot that passes for customer service. Therefore, I tried calling the store. The phone not only wasn’t answered, it didn’t even ring. All I wanted was a simple refund.
I’ve spent over 30 minutes on this now. I remember when restaurants used to stand up for their products. Unfortunately, Domino’s does not seem to be one of those companies.

Terrible customer service. Received our ULIMATE PEPPORONI PIZZA without pepperoni HAHA!! The rest of the conversation is too bizarre and lame to even elaborate but long story short- they ‘maybe will have time to send another’ and ‘they would be fine with it’. Good luck, cross your fingers , expect the bare minimum of customer service !
