Food was delicious….we are not from Dallas, just passing through for business and pulled over at the farmers market out of luck. My husband got the lamb burger with a side of fries and I got the beef burger with a side of Mac & cheese. It helped that Ralph and Ian were super friendly and very accommodating. It is hard to find good places to eat now and days. Thank you guys for a good experience and a delicious meal. We definitely will be back!!

Beyond The Butchers is a new favorite of mine at the Dallas Farmers Market. I loved this place. They use fresh ingredients. Everything that I tasted was delicious. I didn’t expect all that flavor . It was a pleasant surprise.
Their Philly Cheese is 5 stars ⭐️. The meat was the star. The bacon on my salad was a thick and smokey cut. Absolutely scrumptious!

I tried their signature burger, and it had the perfect balance of toppings—crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh lettuce, all stacked in a soft bun. The fries were golden and crispy, a great complement to the burger. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming

Unfortunately, I did not get to try one of the burgers. They looked delicious, but honestly, the service was so bad that would not have improved my review.
Sat down at the bar just as they opened and both the attendants behind the bar stood over at the service counter for 10 to 15 minutes before coming over to check on us.
My beer was delicious, but the mimosa they brought us was completely flat. After we finished those, we had to sit staring at them for another 10 to 15 minutes before they asked us if we wanted another round.
We were comfortable and in the middle of a story so we ordered another round and got another flat mimosa, but the server walked away before we could ask about it.
The only thing they were fast with was to run over and pick up the check once I signed it and then look at the tip right in front of me and then look over the receipt with a negative glare because I only gave them 10%.
If you wanna try them out, I recommend you walk up to the self service counter order your food and walk away. Maybe grab a beverage somewhere else.

This was the best burger I’ve had in years. With every bite you could taste the freshness and taste of the burger and produce. I built my own with pepper jack, tomatoes, grilled onions, jalapenos, definitely add that bacon, and some BBQ sauce. …..That burger was so delicious I couldn’t put it down! I loved it so much that I know I am coming back for more. Before we left, Calvin the owner stopped us and gave us some amazing education on the process of the product and how it gets to our table. His jerky is probably the best jerky I have ever had. He even gave us a taste of the pulled lamb and that was so delicious and fresh. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had within the farmers market and I’m so happy to come back and try even more!

Let me tell you about my past 6 times trying to eat here. I have been able to get food here 2 times out of the last 6. The food is good and is convenient to pickup. They are advertised open till 7pm but I get there at 6:15 to 6:30 and get turned away. I get different reasons why they won’t take my order or my money during business hours. Makes me feel my money and generous tips aren’t welcomed and that they don’t need money but what do I know. I never wish bad things but will be looking forward to this place closing and getting something else there that will welcome my business. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Also please no follow up I have given you plenty of opportunities to make things right.

Food is absolutely delicious but the service is lacking which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. I was waiting to place an order, standing on the side that’s the main strip in the building, the 2 workers just standing around talking until someone came up to the other side and placed an order. Finally the girl told me if I wanted to order i needed to go to the other side. Ok, no big deal but you saw me standing there with my card out obviously wanting to order. What was annoying is that someone else just walked up to the ” right” counter and ordered before me. Then when I placed my order she asked if I wanted to pay cash or card even though I’ve been holding my card forever. Her attitude sucks! Had only been open that morning for maybe 30 minutes so she should still have been in a good mood. If I wasn’t starving and really like the food I would have just left and went somewhere else. So many choices here
Sitting here eating and someone asked for napkins, same unfriendly girl just gave her a wad of paper towels instead of from the stack of napkins sitting behind the bar. This person really doesn’t want to be at work today.
