Placed an order Sunday night, and I ended up getting charged for someone else’s order when I arrived to pick up. Then after sitting for 10 minutes after being notified through the app that my order was ready They hand me the wrong order. They end up having to void that order to charge me for the correct order. My order had been sitting there the whole time, and now I have two different transactions taken out of my bank account. Monday the incorrect order went back on my account. I had called them Sunday night after getting home to let them know I would be bringing part of the order back up for a refund. The two pasta bread bowls we’re mostly bread. They told me not to make the trip, that they would refund it. Here it is, Thursday night, and still nothing.
UPDATE: Still no refund after they said they’d refund 2 of the items in my order. This makes 3 strikes in 1 occurrence. I will NEVER go back to this location.

Had pizza and spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread. Delivery was fast. Food was hot. Pizza had an abundance of toppings. Bread was on spot. Everything was amazing. Will definitely order from them again!!

Ordered a pizza and finally after almost 2 hours of no delivery my wife drove up there the store is not even open its 8:15 so they took an online order and the store was closed now we are out 40 bucks and no dinner! So safe to say we will not be using this store again!

It took a hour to get yet I live .3 miles from the store. Was cold, tasted ok but underwhelming for sure. Maybe they will get better later, but I would suggest picking it up.
