Last night we ordered a fantastic 4 in 1 with no jalapenos, pepperoni crazy puffs with sauce, breadsticks with sauce, a slices and sticks with sauce and a custom thin crust pizza. We sent our son with the code to pick up the pizza, our mistake we thought the order would be complete and right in the pick up box. He came home with a 4 in 1 with jalapenos, cheese crazy puffs, and no sauce for anything. The only one you got right was the custom order. Disappointing and it ruined our night with the grandkids because we still had to cook when the whole idea of ordering pizza is not to. We live 20 mins away so to just come back was not an option. How is it possible to get more than 1/2 of an order wrong?

I go to this location pretty much every Tuesday. It’s hard to beat their 2 for Tuesday deal. The staff are always prompt with really in all honesty outstanding service in my experiences. Sometimes though the pizzas might not be completely cooked, but I really don’t mind. The place gets pretty busy and having restaurant experience I can understand what kinds of stress they deal with. Over all I do recommend this location.

Tonight (9/19/23), however, was extra most baddest. The food was overcooked, the order was incorrect, and they even put my stuff in the wrong bay of the pizza portal.

The staff is great. The parking is ample. The food tastes good and was ready fast. I just don’t want to give it five stars because all fast food lacks nutritional value. It works if you are in a hurry.

Good pizza but not so good service. I had gotten a coupon for 2 free pizzas of any choice. Go to redeem it and the lady messes up and only does one pizza when I ordered two. Easy mistake. No grudge. Just bring it to their attention and the manager was like “well you’re just going to have to wait” “it’s only free pizza anyway’ you’re getting both for free anyway”. I guess if it’s free you get different service. Not my fault this chain messed up and gave me 2 free pizzas because of it and it’s not my fault the cashier took my order wrong this time (no grudge. Was an easy mistake). Would like a little respect is all.
