This place needs a sign in a more prominent place. We drove by and didn’t see the black on glass hometown pizza logo. Pizza was tasty and priced right. We didn’t particularly like the ranch that they served. It was sweet and in my opinion didn’t go well with the pizza. Also, unfortunately there wasn’t any air conditioning inside the dining room so it was pretty hot. They did have a fan running which did help a little bit for our dine in experience.

Food was delicious as always, only complaints are 1). the sausage that came on my potato skins were extremely burnt (I gave them to my dog and even she wasn’t sure about eating them) and 2). they were out of pineapple (and sour cream) again 🙁 but other than that delicious

Honestly this place was really good…. But I drive down from Chillicothe only to find a note on the door saying new owners and it was closed for remodeling. No opinions yet on whether it’s new version will be good or not.

Never seen a pizza joint have a bank schedule. But they have really good food and would love for them to at least stay open until 9? I also understand they are hiring so I will still give 4 stars still yet because of excellent food and prices.

I have never eaten in the restaurant—we always get carryout—but the pizza was excellent! I would love it even more if they would be a little more consistent with the distribution of toppings. I’m so glad there is a place to get a good pizza when I come to visit my family in Peebles!

Waited 45 minutes for our pizza, we ordered the hometown special without green peppers and instead of peppers, we got onions on it instead. Not wanting onions, just sausage and mushrooms. And when we got home one of my slices had a PAPER CLIP in it. A PAPER CLIP! If I didn’t bite into the metal I could’ve choked on it. They use to have great service. Not anymore. Do not recommend going. Personally not going back.

Ordered a large CBR, large cheese, and an Italian sub over the phone. Young man said it would be ready in 30 mins. My husband drives to the restaurant, and when he gets there they tell him we didn’t order any of that, and that we’d have to wait an hour for them to make our order. So 1) these people accused us of lying about our order (who would even do that?) and 2) they lied to us about, well, everything evidently. Now dinner is ruined, we are all sick and I needed a break from cooking. So thanks for that, Hometown.

This is the first time we have been here since new ownership. The pizza was good pizza, but it is not close to what hometown pizza used to be. I’m sorry, but nothing was the same at all. Again I’m not saying the food was bas but not what I was expecting.

Friend and I went to their buffet on 6/22/23 right after they opened. It was the first and last time! They only had 2 burnt pepperoni and cheese, bacon chicken ranch pizza, and supreme, cheese bread sticks and regular bread sticks for 11.00 per person The food was pretty much inedible pop was extra and it was extremely flat we told the girl working about it and she said she didn’t know how to change it and she was the only one working!Had to ask for dipping sauce got a cold small little cup! We won’t be going back! I wouldn’t even do any stars because it was not worth it!
