This has to be the worst location and worse yet, they know it, and don’t care. 2 orders recently and they can not deliver. Most recent order took 2.5 hours to be delivered. Call in and they tell you, driver has 30 orders to deliver and it’s on it’s way. They don’t call to tell you they are in amess, they don’t offer to make anything right, and they expect you to take the pizza. Had to refuse delivery and then call the next day to get my money back. Not the first time with this issue. There is ZERO effort to resolve it, GM is rude about it. If you can’t staff to deliver, TURN OFF DELIVERY. It’s not hard.. And take a class in customer service.. This is basic stuff.

Shawn is so unprofessional. My family’s jets bread was under cooked looked like the turbo crust was poured on too much by accident. This guy Shawn told me I was lying and this jets location makes all their food fresh. Please do not patronize this location until he is gone. Racist and rude, he kept over talking me and I have witnesses that were listening while all of this was taking place. Shawn was being very unethical and not professional. Please go to the Hill rd or Linden rd locations they’re always so kind and food is always fresh.

2 hours 30 minutes 2 phone calls asking about my food. Said they tried to deliver and nobody answered. Nobody tried to deliver anything. So y’all was just gonna keep my money and not call me. Now they are remaking it and sending it out. Called at 6 it is now 8:40. This is unacceptable. Will not order from here again. By the time we get food it will be everybodies bed time. Not good Jets not good. I should get free food and delivery at this point.
