I will never come here again. I ordered a six-piece barbecue chicken strip basket. $50 worth of food. They messed up and gave us regular chicken strips. I drove almost all the way home to Aryshire. Then I drove back and they told me I would at least have to spend an extra $10 in order to get what I wanted so it went from $50 to $60 plus extra gas in a suburban. I have never in my life had a fast food restaurant treat me like that. At this point I feel like I deserve a full refund but know they can’t afford to even give $1 back

The 2nd time I have received the wrong burger!! We received 2 burgers and waited for the 3rd. The cook was arguing with The girls that took my order. I had two Burger ranch burgers and I wanted the vegetable burger. He said he already got two burgers but not my vegetable. So when I finally got my hamburger it was another ranch Burger not the vegetable Burger. It sucked.

Went to go there one night around 9pm to get ice cream in their drive thru and even when the hours say they were open till 10. Both the lobby and drive thru were closed. If you’re going to post hours then be open until then! All the employees were sitting outside in the back area smoking. Getting ridiculous that they can’t be consistent. That’s been the third time that has happened!

The people there are nice but if they get your order right, go play the lottery because you are lucky! Opening your order is like Christmas at grandma’s. Always a surprise and usually disappointed.

Entered the restaurant and was not greeted. No one else was there ordering food. One person was there just visiting with staff. I ordered and enjoyed a strawberry sundae. Ice-cream was smooth in texture and very delicious. Overall 4 star rating.

Went throught the drive through for a blizzard. We both ordered our favorite flavors and were extremely disappointed. There were globs of plain ice cream on the top and very little of add-ins down at the bottom. For $11, this normally yummy treat was an awful let down.

If I could rate 0 stats I would. I will never be going back here after the disrespect I got from the managers and crew members last night. Went to dine in and was in the lobby when I went out to my car to grab my card when the employees locked the door, 30-40 minutes before close, and refused to open it as they went and sat outside by the dumpsters laughing and goofing around. So I went through the drive thru and ordered and when I got to the window I explained how rude and disrespectful it was and asked to speak with a manager and then 2 of the employees there started cussing at screaming and telling us we needed to leave and refused to serve us and then proceeded to call the cops and say that we refused to pay for our food when that wasn’t the case.

Went thru the drive thru on the 19th and got chicken strip baskets, and they didn’t have any of the gravy. Back on the 25th for ice cream and they had a great big sign for the cake batter cookie dough Blizzard behind the counter. They couldn’t serve those until July.
