My husband and I really enjoyed everything about Herbs & Dough. I got a couple of slices of cheese pizza. They came fresh out of the oven and the portions were HUGE! A perfect thin slice of cheese pizza, exactly what I wanted! My husband got a Buffalo chicken wrap and he said it was the best he’s had in a long time. Highly recommend both! Plus the man serving us was very friendly and welcoming. All around a great experience!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Vanessa and Jose who were just very polite and friendly. Very welcoming atmosphere and very clean. The food was excellent but I wish the portions were a little more. Thank you guys I would definitely recommend this pizza shop. It’s also kid friendly with plenty of parking. I also wish the salad prices were lower. They even have outdoor seating.

The pizza was great. They had some slices that were very different than other places. Never have I seen a lemon chicken pizza before and it was excellent.
Don’t skip the garlic knot. Apparently they have sliders on their knots that I’m going to have to come back for.

On the left side is Herbs and dough “personal veggie pizza” $24 on the Right side is Emiliano’s “Personal Veggie pizza” $13. Herbs and dough veggie pizza taste stale, like they’ve been freezing their cheese for years and they haven’t even been open for that long. They wouldn’t even give me a refund when I told them I couldn’t eat their pizza. I think business is running bad for them because they’re desperate for money that bad that they would not give me back my money. They told me it’s expensive so they couldn’t give me a refund. Emiliano’s veggie pizza taste very good and healthy. Emiliano’s would have refunded me the money back with no problem and they’re known for giving you a free pizza if you don’t like the one you ordered. You see the difference and the prices. Just go to Emiliano’s, it’s right up the street from them.

Wow!!! Went there today for lunch and this place does not disappoint! What a refreshing change of pace from the dull/basic pizza joints that the hudson valley has to offer. Atmosphere is modern, and clean. Rudy (head chef) is such a nice guy and had great recommendations. Food is phenomenal! Pizza is to die for! Great size slices and crust is the best part..CRUNCH on every bite! I’ll be heading back for dinners and will be calling to get my events catered from Herbs & Dough from now on.

Extensive menu. We had the meatballs and three different types of pizza. Everything tasted great! The sauce was very good. The crispy bread taste of the pizza was a stand out. The staff were attentive and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend.

Just tried Herbs and Dough, a new spot serving up delicious pizzas and sandwiches, and more and I’m seriously impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, the staff is friendly, and the food is top-notch. Their pizza has a perfect crispy crust and bold, fresh taste. The sandwiches are just as good, with quality ingredients and great bread.

We ordered a Chicken Parm Hero, Chicken Cutlet Hero, and a slice of pepperoni.
The sandwiches were decent, nothing special but certainly not bad. The pizza is thin crust and they did a good job with making it crispy so points there, but everyone has a different taste in pizza so you can’t really call this anything unique either.
Interior is clean, prices aren’t atrocious.
I think Herbs & Dough is a good option if you’re in the immediate vicinity, but not something to go out of your way for. I think they’ll get reliable Marist traffic, but might struggle ever standing out amongst the very many pizza & deli shops in the area.
