If you are within 50 miles of Eugene and hungry, you need to head to Coburg for excellent Mexican food. Everything we have tried has been delicious. It’s a permanent food truck, right off the freeway and easy to find. A couple of tables to sit at and enjoy your food.

These tacos made me HAPPY! I genuinely could not say enough about how good the food here is. The best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico bar none. The jalapeño sauce OMGosh! I’m not big into spicy hot food, but I could almost drink the jalapeño cream sauce. I had my mom taste my leftovers and she said this is the sauce she’s been looking for since she was in Ecuador over 20 years ago.
I know it’s a drive and it looks like a dive. I know there’s very little seating and no view. I know the location seems a little random. I promise it doesn’t matter one bit. Go here, you will not regret it.

Quick service and good food. Cash is king here. I have had a meal here many times over the past 5 years. My personal favorite is the Carne Asada burrito.
