It is currently 8:55pm on a Friday all I wanted to order was a happy meal and the employees said they are closed, they literally just took a family of like 10 people mostly kids and i was waiting for a good 10 min. I said it says you close at 9 they said well it’s 5 min til… so yes you still have 5 min of service…. So now my son doesn’t have his happy meal… she is currently flirting with a guy so maybe instead of flirting do your job.

Worst service ever! I just wanted to get a couple of ice creams for my kids, I walk through the counter and kindly ask the lady for 2 ice creams.
First of all, she didn’t even look at me since she was too busy on her phone.
Secondly, she just says, “we don’t have ice cream.” Again, no even looking at me and keep texting on her phone she was very rude. Please don’t hire this kind of people who don’t like to work.
If she doesn’t need the job, send her home! Why do you need this kind of workers!?
This macdonalds is inside the Crabtree mall, at the food court!.

This McDonald’s location doesn’t deserve the 2.6 star average rating. The service was friendly, fast, food was hot and fresh. They did mess up my extra pickles and put no pickles but that’s an easy mistake. Overall great experience for the food court.

I hate giving bad reviews but I work at this mall and ever time I come here it takes 20 minutes no matter if busy or not! I have bee. Doing mobile order and its worse than just standing in line! I have to literally wait and tell one if the 2 busy workers hey I’m here where’s my order? It’s never just ready and I already hit button I’m here before left my store! This is absolutely ridiculous how mobile supposed to be quick and easy but not for me! Every time I come here waiting 20 minutes no lie! Idk if it’s because I’m in such a hurry or what but come on get it together please.

Working in the mall, this is the McDonald’s I always go to, and I usually never have any issues. There was however one time where someone stole my order and when I came to get it they took forever to give me the one or two items I ordered and then I later found out my card was double charged. Then today I was having a lunch break with my boyfriend and I got in line, there was originally someone at that register and when I got to it no one was there, there was a girl(who I originally had a good experience with but the other reviews seem to not), stood there asking if anyone had a mobile order and doing anything but looking at me, not even a glance over, like she was actively avoiding me, I was so fed up after waiting for her to move one a single foot to take my order of just 2 large cokes, when another guy comes up to her and she takes his order, as if I was not just standing and waiting there. I do mobile orders, even if they remember me they should’ve been able to identify “hey they’re at the register let me go see If they need anything”, so glad I’m leaving this mall soon, people always show and disappoint eventually.

A black female working as a cashier is so rude to customers screaming to people, she seems like she has anger issues because she would grab her own face furiously like if she’s going to have that actitud in front of customers then what is she doing in front dealing with customers…. I understand it can be frustrating but if that is not for you then what are you doing working in there, but don’t be rude to customers.

Ordered an ice cream in the app. When I arrived manager said the ice cream machine was broken but, I would get a refund automatically after 24 hours.
The app FAQ makes clear that when you order something it’s paid for immediately upon submitting the order, so clearly the manager was lying and just trying to get me to leave. When I asked for a refund the manager said a refund was not possible. Another lie, as after I showed them the FAQ page that made clear a refund could be provided at the store where the order was set for pickup they relented and provided me a refund.
So to review the manager lied to me to get me to leave, denied they were able provide a refund, and finally relented after I showed them on the McDonald’s website that what the manager was saying was a lie.
Quality people working here.

It’s Sunday 6/4/23, I’ll be calling to speak with corporate tomorrow but still wanted to leave the review this place deserves. The big guy with the over sized blue collar shirt that wasn’t ironed or tucked in was rude as he!!. I gave my code at the window to receive a free fry with my Big Macs & when I got to the window I was handed a bag with 2 burgers. I said hey my fries aren’t in here & he said very rudely well you didn’t order any look at your receipt. I wasn’t even given a receipt at the first window to look at but I know what I ordered & still had the code on my phone. After this I didn’t want anything else from there so I said don’t even worry about it only to get to the gas station down the road and find out my Big Macs didn’t even have cheese. These people need to be trained on hospitality, customer service & how to properly make one of y’all’s signature burgers & big collar shirt needs to be fired!! This is one McDonalds I wouldn’t return to if I was starving and it was free! Good customer service will take you a long way.

So i went to order 2 cheeseburgers today. The clerk was not friendly at all. I was kind and said Hi plus my order. He gave me the dirtiest look and when I got my order I said thank you with no response back… just a plain look… also my burgers were disgusting the bread broke … meat cold. I didnt even go back. Gross. Please coach the guy at the register. It was around 1230 today
