From the moment we contacted Star Valley Station, we knew we were in the right place. The team at this theater didn’t just host our Magic of Believing fundraising event — they cared about it. Every detail, every question, every moment was met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for helping our event succeed.
The space itself was decorated beautifully, was so welcoming, and was perfectly set up to create an atmosphere that felt both intimate and magical. But what truly stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, calmly handling the behind-the-scenes details so we could fully focus on our attendees and the experience we were creating.
It’s rare to find a venue that feels like a true partner — and this theater and their staff was exactly that. We left feeling supported, beyond grateful, and already dreaming about our next opportunity to return. If you’re looking for a venue that combines professionalism, heart, and a touch of magic… this is it.
Highly recommend. Standing ovation-worthy. ✨

Super unimpressed by this business. I love all the new updates and everything but lots of the employees are super rude and don’t pay attention to customers. The manager is super rude and direct towards the customers. I witnessed her being rude of multiple occasions. Lots of employees don’t pay attention to the customers needs. The one girl when I asked her a question didn’t look up once to look for what I needed and so I ended up going to someone else who found it for me. I am super upset with the places this business is going. Lanes break so often and they dont fix them immediately it’s not their priority. Always understaffed and the food isn’t high quality. Frankly it tastes old.

All right updated review as a local! Why should I have to pay gratuity no matter what! Some people do not have that kind of money. Also you expecting it is absurd. Do your job and maybe you will get tips but dont force us to pay and then ask for more! This is ridiculous!!! What has this business turned into!

3 strikes and your out!! Every other week for a couple years we come in with 20-30 seniors during hours which usually don’t have any bowler’s and play 2 or 3 games. Tonight a few bought food and then realized that over the counter food is now subject to a 15% tip, then I went in to pickup my ball which had been there 4 month being redrilled. The service guy told me it would be free, actually was $101. They were unapologetically and said “we have to make money!” Then the 3rd strike was our games were $16 owed but they tried to charge $28. Something is seriously off with the current crew or owners!

The last few months at Star Valley Station have been extraordinary. My family and I have been coming to the theatre and most often the bowling alley for the past four years… The updates and changes to the aesthetic and the mechanics is obvious and an incredible improvement. The service is much improved as well as the food quality and menu. The new management at the facility clearly is putting their heart and soul into making SVS the place to be…. A big thank you to the owners as well, it is clear the owners are making the financial commitment to make much needed improvements and the community appreciates it…

I was annoyed that the snack checkout has an automatic Tip withdrawl. And on top of that it also has an option to pay more. Seriously people we have gone to war over less. Tips aren’t required no matter how you feel about it. Do a good job and then maybe you can get a tip. This has nothing against thw workers, this is against the company that enforced this. Pay your workers more, don’t force the customer to fork over your bill. In my eyes that is a sign of a bad establishment.

Drove 30 minutes just for our seats to be double booked. Their system is having problems. They ended up refunding our tickets and giving us a free pizza.
We basically wasted an hour driving for a pizza at this point. Super disappointing.
I will say the staff was nice about the situation but still disappointed.

They are doing some great things! I’ve been bowling at this bowling alley for YEARS. They’ve repainted and everything has been so clean lately. They oil the lanes very often and the machines never once had a problem. Their staff are so kind and the food is so good! It’s a little on the expensive side but it is worth every bite! 10/10 will always bowl here

Well my wife and I along with our children and a couple of their friends went to see Venom the final dance. The movie was great. But I was pretty frustrated that 3 large popcorns, 4 large drinks, 1 medium drink, and 2 small drinks were $74 dollars? Wow that is pretty damn expensive especially for the valley. I’ve been a resident here since 2010 and I loved going to this establishment either to bowl or watch the newest movies. Sadly, my family and I will no longer be coming here for anything. It saddens me even more because there aren’t really any other places that offer anything like this for a family do here that is AFFORDABLE! But when I can take my family to the movie theater in Jackson and get actual food, with drinks and tickets for $100 bucks which is only a few dollars more than just drinks and popcorn which is all we got from here again for $74 dollars the drive becomes well worth it.

We stopped by while on vacation. It looks like a family business in a very small town, combining movies, bowling and pizza. The young staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, with an adult supervisor there to answer questions and fix problems.

The pizza was fairly ordinary. A step above frozen perhaps.

The drink prices were a surprise. $5.50 for a medium drink with no refills. Seemed excessive.

We were in town visiting family and booked 8 tickets for the family to go see a movie. When we got there people were in a few of our seats, and instead of figuring it out the staff told us to “find somewhere else to sit” because they didn’t want to confront the other people, and that they’d give us a gift certificate later. Great, super helpful considering we don’t live here.

On top of that it took 20 minutes to even get someone involved, despite there being ten employees working. I don’t think I’ve ever seen less competent movie theater employees in my life. What a joke.
