Lexi and Nate both provide such excellent food and service for me, Nate always has fantastic suggestions of meals to have, the Gyro meat is the best meat I’ve ever had Nate always cooks it to perfection. I visited the location on Eagleridge a few weeks ago and today my son and I drove from Colorado Springs to eat at the Pueblo West location. He got the classic gyro and I got the green chili gyro. We shared an order of fries and fried pickles. Everything was great, food, staff, service! We’ll be back!

First time visiting a Shah’s and it was a good experience. We had the classic gyro with fries. The service was quick and friendly and they bring your food out quickly. The pita was warm and fresh and the fries were hot and crisp. The meat was a little overcooked, crunch bits in places, but very tasty. I should have ordered extra tzatziki because it was good, but could always use a little more.
One disappointing thing here was the drink selection. All beverages are offered in bottles or cans. No fountain dispenser and no iced tea selection. We are tea drinkers so we opted for no drink.
The menu selection is large and there is sure to be something for everyone here. Next time we will have to try some of the appetizers. Overall good value price for the serving size. Glad to have this close.

Shah’s is hands down the best place to grab a quick bite in Pueblo and now Pueblo West. There’s something on the menu for everyone and I mean everyone! If you like classic Mediterranean food or literally any other style of cuisine they will have something for you. For instance I usually get the gravy and tots gyro with a side of green chile and fries. Today I got the Mongolian which is like a sesame, green onion, saffron rice vibe. It’s amazing, don’t hesitate and treat yourself by stopping in today.

I was very happy to find an American spot. I have to drive about 45 minutes to get here, so I was hoping it would be worth it. On my first visit, I was too excited to have a gyro again, that I didn’t pay attention to much besides the food. The food, was GREAT! 10/10! That being said, in my probably 6-7 visits since, I have not once had anything better than a neutral at best customer service experience, up until last night. I asked the cashier the pricing for gyro meat by weight. She informed me that it was $13.99 for a 1/4 lb and $6.99 for a half lb… I asked her if she accidentally mixed those prices up and she said no. I politely asked again explaining how that seems incorrect and she responded with “I know it doesn’t make sense but I don’t set the prices”. I said you’re positive that’s the price? Then ok, I guess I’ll take the half lb for $6.99…. I get my receipt and it says “1/4 lb 6.99” I then proceed to show her that that’s what I was explaining and she argued with me saying she memorized the prices and that’s right… I then asked why I would’ve explained 3x that I felt the pricing was incorrect and she walked to the back explaining what happened to the back…no one came out, no one apologized, no one took ownership, nothing. A different dude came to give me our food and then walked away.. this was also like 30 minutes before close and we were the only customers… there wasn’t a single attempt to make it right and no one would’ve even witnessed the silly innocent error. An apology would’ve sufficed, instead, nothing… the food is great, the customer service is non existent. Should just have an automated ordering system, it would cause less issues and have more of a personality.
