Every time we order through the drive thru, we have to pull forward and wait for our food while watching others behind us get their food first. This is not a one time incident or I’d understand. This happens every time. Then we have to go in to pick it up only to find that it wasn’t even prepared in the first place. Slack service for not great food. I think I’ll go back to boycotting McDonald’s as I did for 10 years prior. There are way more and better options

Wish I could give 0 stars. They take way more orders than they should and have 8 people pull to a different spot away from the window before they give one person their food. This has happened to me over 10 times and I hate that this is the closest Mcdonald’s to me. They need to stop caring about how long their clock says someone is at the window and start caring about getting food to customers. Place used to be good as well, and now the staff could not be much worse.

Ordered on the mobile app. And went to curb side. After 15 minutes of waiting the other car that was there before us left without their food. After about 30 minutes I decided to go through the drive through where multiple cars had came and went while we were waiting. I told them my order and they were rude. Saying they have been out there looking for your car. Which was ironic because not even a minute before we were sitting in the spot which we had been sitting for 30 minutes. The lady who gave me the food was rude about it. When we got the food half the order was wrong. At that point everyone was so annoyed that nobody even wanted the food. Terrible service.

IF I COULD GOVE 0 stars i would terrible experience this morning!! Places 3 orders.. atleast 10 people came and went with their orders while im waiting on mine! My last order came out first and i kindly tell them i also had 2 apple pies which were order first (my number was off the screen) the young girl threw my food at me!!

Was very quick today and it was lunchtime! All fresh food. Nothing old or cold which is normal for OTHER McDonald’s. Gave extra condiments when asked instead of charging an insulting fee for them.

I came and ordered as usual but once we got our food we noticed that all our cups were small and we ordered medium. We went to tell them that our cups were small thinking they just made a mistake but she told us that they were medium cups and the bigger ones are large. But on the side of the cup you can clearly see it says small. Instead of trying to get our bigger cups we just left and will not be coming back this is very disappointing.
