Food 3/5 – Ordered a loco moco and fish & chips. Loco moco was fine, the hamburger patty was a little thin and could use more salt, but for the price it’s fine. Fish and chips are fried-to-order so it’s nice and hot. Condiments are next to the pick up window and you can grab as much as you please.
Service 3/5 – Service is normal for a fast-food style restaurant.
Atmosphere 3/5 – Interior is fine, we visited around Christmas time so the interior was decorated with holiday festivities. Tables are kept clean and open.
Overall – With limited options inside Volcanoes National Park, this is a quick and cheaper grub-and-go restaurant to continue your adventures inside the park, which is probably the main reason why you’re visiting. I had a pleasant experience and would visit again.

If you are at Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park and visiting at the temporary Visitor Center at KMC – Kilauea Military Camp. Stop by 10 Pin Grill to get a bite to eat some local food. Pomai was our cook and cashier. He is so acommodating. He listened to my allergy concerns and went all out to finding out if I can eat it. I ended up getting Chicken Katsu and it was the most delicious Katsu I ever tasted. It was juicy, no egg batter, since I got egg allergy. It tasted so ono…I do not need to go anywhere for great food and it is close to home here in Volcano. These guys have gotten a bad rap, but they work really hard despite the rush they have. Sometimes only working alone. Mahalo Pomai for your great customer service, he needs a raise . 10 Pin Grill is a must , especially when Pomai is there.

We stopped here for lunch before heading out to hike the volcano. It was perfect for what we needed with young kids. Great burgers and friendly staff. It is an actual bowling alley.

A bowling alley on a live volcano? What more could one ask for? Know that you have to make reservations for a bowling lane, and you’ll want to pay the $15 per person per bowling game when your service to your reservation because who knows? She might go anytime! The loco moco was alright, typical fast food. The egg was cooked superbly and the gravy was nice, if the quality of the hamburger was a bit like rubber 😉 the great things about the alley is the space age lighting and the easy-to-use bowling shoes. The food prices could be a bit more affordable.

Great place but low on staff. Reasonable prices! Nice fast food. Good place to dine with family or friends.

The bowling part is super fun. They have the little ramp thing for kids to even play. If it was all based on the bowling part 5 stars. However the guy working there is why 3 stars. The guy comes off rude. But im sure its the stress of running the whole place single handedly. I kind of fault the owner for not hiring at least 1 more staff. They guy takes orders, then goes back to cook. So if hes cooking long time your standing there for 20 plus minutes waiting for service again. Not efficient at all.

Came to camp near the volcano and went here for some food and to bowl. Didn’t get to bowl as it’s reserved on Saturdays, but we sat and played some board games and had some food.
It was great, food was cheap and better than expected.. grilled chicken burger was my favorite

Great place in the park for cheap foods. Mostly fried and small bites but very reasonable. Food is pretty good and probably the most affordable place to eat on Volcano

I love this place ! The food is mostly plate lunches tasty sandwiches/burgers, and fried stuff, but the quality is good and the prices are very reasonable. Bowling is fun but I’d recommend reserving lanes before going as they can get full fast. Also there’s a video game and billiards area. You don’t have to be Military to go here to enjoy either. My only dissatisfaction is that they are sometimes very understaffed to the point the workers look worn out and get temperamental from basic requests. But I do love this place and will continue to take my chances

The plate lunch menu is deceptive. $11.00 for single Loco Moco plate lunch comes with not but the Loco. The Loco was $7.00 less than a year ago. $5.00 for four (4) onion rings is wild.
I’m seriously disappointed in how much they have increased the prices in less than a year. They lost my business and support.
