I drove back to have it replaced. After waiting for the correct item to be made, they presented me with a pitiful replacement whopper. When I called them out on it, I got passive aggressive snarky responses from Tom. I asked Tom if he would serve that to his mother and he said no. But I guess it was good enough for me.
When I brought up Kaitlyn‘s poor attitude and having her earphones in, which could’ve caused my incorrect order, they both snapped back, just telling me that she’s having a bad day and I need to deal with it.
Well, I’m having a bad day too, I just had two close friends die within the last week. But guess what, I still have to put on a happy face and go to work like everyone else.
Now look at the pitiful maple bourbon whopper lol
When I reached the window, the gentleman named Thomas (if I recall correctly) was exceptionally polite, cheerful, and full of positive energy. I’ve visited this location many times, and it’s been a while since I’ve received service of this caliber.
I ordered three Whopper meals with several modifications, and Thomas was patient, attentive, and thorough while assisting me. He handled my order professionally while also helping customers at the front and training a new team member, all without missing a beat.
I had lost confidence in this location a few months ago, but this experience completely changed my perspective. If Thomas continues providing this level of service, I will definitely be returning.
I entered the drive-thru optimistic. That was my first mistake. After sitting there long enough to watch my gas gauge drop and my life flash before my eyes, I was handed a bag that felt suspiciously light—like it was full of lies.
Got home. Opened it. Chaos.
Wrong sandwich. Missing fries. Extra sauce packets I did not ask for (or deserve). The Whopper looked like it had been drop-kicked across the kitchen and emotionally abused before being wrapped.
The fries were cold, limp, and tasted like they had overheard someone say “we’re closing soon.” The soda was flat, warm, and clearly filled with resentment.
The staff? Physically present. Spiritually elsewhere.
I didn’t eat dinner. I survived an experience.
If you enjoy confusion, disappointment, and personal growth through suffering, this is the place for you.
Burger King… do better. Or don’t. At this point I’m just warning the public.
Service was painfully slow and my order came out wrong twice, the fries were cold and the texture of a hockey puck. My burger looked like it was sat on. And when I pointed it out, the staff looked annoyed with me like I wasn’t the one paying to eat there. To top it off, all the dining tables were disgusting. I would rather drink a gallon of spoiled milk than ever come back to this location. Would not recommend to anyone with functioning tastebuds or anyone who would like to keep their appetite.
Whenever I come to this restaurant, I barely see this lady as is but she’s kind of a shorter, skinnier, dark haired lady. When I do see her she either walks around making very slick comments to the other employees like they are a burden, isolating herself in the office I believe, or like today sitting in the lobby for the entire time I was there talking to some guy, if I had to guess it was either her husband or boyfriend. Those kids were struggling and I felt so bad, that lady should’ve put her personal life to the side and help. I am really worried about these employees about making sure they have the right people guiding them in this type of business. In my opinion, she’s just a bad egg and someone needs to look into how she talks about these poor kids. My daughter in law used to work at Burger King a few months ago and I would always see the managers and other staff members helping / communicating with one another but that was at a different location. I feel like all rules should be applied for each location. I hope this gets resolved because I might just need to call corporate if this continues to happen.
