I came home and unwrapped my burger started cutting it in half with a knife and the burger started immediately oozing with mayo and ketchup once I pulled the pieces together I went to take a bite and the burger was cold and it just was so nasty I couldn’t eat but a few bites because I was starving. Definitely a waste of money and I will NOT be a returned customer. First and last time!

I bought the Merry Meal Deal: 8-piece chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. It’s $6.99 on the menu. I paid $11.17, because I ordered a large drink and large fry. I also got gravy for my chicken, which I didn’t realize was an additional cost.
The worker, who took my orders, was very kind and had great customer service skills.

Stopped in looking forward to some fried chicken. When I got up to order I ordered a 2 piece dark. I was told that the breast and few wings they had sitting on the rack were all they had left. I look back and the fryers are all fired up. Plenty of people there. Confusing as to why they couldn’t cook any. I would have waited. I ended up going with the chicken tenders which were ok, but honestly I could have gone to the Krispy Krunchy in the gas station down the street and got tenders three times the size for the same price.

I drove out of my way to eat at Jack’s in Creola on October 3rd after a football game. We received an order that was not ours. The employee working the drive up was not cordial and seemed aggregated that I said that wasn’t my food. I returned the food and waited to get my order. I ordered three boxes of wings and received two ranch dips. When I asked for more ranch the employee replied “that’s all you get”. I went in to speak with the manager and she was just as rude as the employee. She immediately said “I put ranch in your bag”. I informed her that ranch was in the order that was not mine. After meeting the manager, I knew why the drive up employee acted the way she did. Your night crew definitely needs customer service training. I will never go to Jack’s at night if that’s the way you will be treated by the employees. Also, the wings did not taste freshly cooked. However, your day crew was exceptional each time I have eaten there.

I’ve been to multiple jacks locations. I love the food, especially the fries. But this particular location, The employees seem extremely aggravated And annoyed. Especially at the drive-through. Also didn’t get my biscuit, but That happens a lot with Jacks.

My last 2 orders had missing items. I ordered 24 wings and only received 18 of them the first time. And yesterday’s order was for 10 pieces of chicken, and I only received 7. The food is good, but it’s very frustrating to pay for items multiple times and not receive those items. Very disappointed.

Very first time and it was great! I had the deluxe breakfast. I am in love with the sausage gravy and gravy….. Update 12/13 Service is declining, I no longer like the sausage gravy, it’s runny and too milky less flavor. When I ask for grits instead of sausage gravy, they don’t make it that way I still have this running Sausage gravy on my plate this happened twice, and I even asked the young lady if it had the dbl grits and she said yes. I’m disappointed in how fast this new location is declining in service and food area. Grits not buttered and good like they normally are. Please get back on track it’s to soon to start losing customers confidence.
