I had a fantastic experience at Sesay’s Bar and Kitchen. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, but it was the food and service that truly set it apart.
The food was standout—expertly prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell the kitchen team takes a lot of pride in their menu. To match the meal, the service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
It’s rare to find a spot that hits the mark on both flavor and hospitality so consistently. Whether you’re looking for a great meal or a comfortable place to grab a drink, this is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning soon

As a tradesman who works with the owner, I know how much pride he takes in his restaurants and his kitchens.
I’ve seen behind the scenes and I can tell you firsthand that the kitchen is spotless!
That attention to detail really shows in the food here. Everything is always cooked to perfection and the service was great.
It’s good to see a local business owner who doesn’t cut corners!

Took an hour out from the beach and found sesays bar and it was very nice .
Good food menu and a very well stocked bar , my lager – poretti was spot on .
Our food was basic but nice jacket potatoe and a steak baguette – there were more expensive options and I’m sure they were delicious

Visited here for Breakfast on Sunday morning, found the decor and atmosphere really nice (especially the Leather Seats).
The place it clean and tidy and they had plenty of tables free which was great.
On the whole the food was quite good and seemed to be made from decent ingredients, but there are a few of areas they could improve on:
– Scrambled Egg was hard and over-cooked, the Hash browns were also over-cooked/greasy and the Eggs in my Wife’s Egg Florentine were a bit undercooked. The rest of the food was good (sausage, Bacon, toast, etc.)
Service was efficient and friendly (although the Waitress did forget my Beans, my Cutlery and my Wife’s Water, but this isn’t the end of the World).
The overall price was pretty reasonable

Popped in here with my kids after swim on a rainy eve.
What a dissappointment
Owner was serving ,was on his phone whole time had to ask for service
The food was so bland and just unapetising. My burger was greasy and tasted like frozen processed meat.kids food .
I honestly wished id just went home and made rhem some.
Got a glass of wine ,dirty glass lipstick.

Food was very average it was like mum had gone shopping in Iceland, had the ultimate platter and there wasn’t a thing on the plate that tasted homemade and not just come out of a freezer, very disappointed! The staff were friendly and pleasant with no issues at all with that side of things. The Poretti was a nice pint.

We visited Seasay’s on a Sunday and were told the wait time for food would be 15 to 20 minutes. In reality, we waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes, with no clear updates or apology from staff.
When the food finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed. We ordered both the lamb and beef Sunday roasts, but what we received was the most basic and underwhelming roast we’ve ever had. The mash was served cold, and the meat was unevenly cooked – dry in some parts, barely cooked in others. There was no real flavour in any of it, and the overall presentation lacked care.
Sadly, the experience didn’t reflect the expectations set by other reviews or the price point. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Sunday roast or timely service.

There should be a 6 star rating for Sesay’s.
We had 6 small (?) plates plus garlic bread for two of us. Not a morsel wasted. Every mouthful delicious. Well priced for the quality and quantity of food. Drinks also reasonably priced. Excellent.
