I ordered the foot long cookie only. The person was friendly but she was new. She didn’t know how to warm it up and didn’t know where the bottom was to ring it up. When it was given to me, it was extremely overcooked burnt even. I mentioned it being overcooked and she stated, “that’s just the way our over cooks it.”
Once home I tried to serve it; the entire cookie is hard. I would go back and have it remade but the drive is too long.
The cookie is supposed to be heated to be warm not cooked to a crisp hard rock.

Doesnt give you the option online to toast the sandwich. I called 4 times to try to make sure it got toasted. No one answered the phone.
Update.
No more flat bread. I asked for light green chili and she put a whole fist full. I asked for light oil and light vinegar. She soaked my sandwich it was soggy couldn’t even eat it. This place has gone down hill.

Staff are extremely rude. My son wanted Subway but we were going to eat something else. My son went to use the restroom first and when he did the lady asked if he was going to buy something. He said yes but he really needed to use the restroom. She said sorry he had to make a purchase first. We walked out because it’s ridiculous to me that you don’t let a paying customer use the restroom unless they buy first. We literally were at a booth waiting for him with my credit card so he could eat.

I normally would never write a review for subway. I don’t eat subway. But my son loves their “tuna” sandwiches so we stopped here mid road trip to fill him up. I was so surprised at the toppings counter and store. Everything looked amazingly fresh, clean and appetizing. The 2 employees working were very friendly and pleasant as well. Bathrooms were also spotless. Good job guys.

Coded lock on the bathroom , some children had a hard time getting in. Consider a different option or tell people how to use it properly. Also, passing out a paper slip with the code is gross. Some people don’t wash their hands in the restroom but touch thst paper and hand it to the next person in line.

The lady just threw the ingredients on the bread and at the end rolled it like a pair of socks. When i opened my sandwich it went everywhere. I should have taken a picture but I was upset and didn’t even think about it.

If you have all 3 employees sitting around a table when the customers walk in, they surely have time to make a little sign and list what ingredients they don’t have.. ruined my meal finding out the very last ingredient I wanted, that is the entire reason for getting the sandwich, is not available. I’m taking the sandwich now to another subway to finish it! Horrible!!!

Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki on 6/13/2022 at around 0900. The sandwich maker appeared to be in a rush. While making the sandwich it appeared sloppy as he was making the sandwich like little care on how the ingredients was placed in the sandwich. Once I got home, the sandwich was sloppy looking and difficult to handle without the ingredients falling out. The only reason I’m giving it a three is only because the food was okay at best.
