I give it a one star because.
It been over a year now, they’re scanner for the app has been down. Because of this I have not been able to use my gift card(s) or get points because they don’t know how to enter my number on there side on the computer. Because when I try to enter it, it never shows my account.
The manager needs to show the staff how to do this.
So I and others can at least get my points and use the gift cards.
Everything is usually good. I may have had 1 or 2 bad experiences. But overall, good.

Arrived at 11am with 3 customers in front of me 1 in back n 2 workers. Lady and a gentleman. I been at several over the yrs different states. This one subway was absolutely the worst customer service. I had with the gentleman who couldn’t say hi or speak with respect nor act like he at least wanted to be working. Was rude when I would tell him what I wanted thru the line like I was bothering him. I would ask questions n he wouldn’t answer, (r you busy today), (could I have oil n vinegar to go) what you want it to go, really as he’s Slamming things. I would ask what do people put on that kind of sandwich and would respond I don’t know , what ever. I handed him a coupon n he was really upset at me. I asked having a bad day? As he just ignored me. I asked for my receipt and he was not happy. Couldn’t buy cookies as nothing was in the case but dirt n dust all over it. By the time I got to my car I was so disgusted by the way he treated me I didn’t want to eat my sandwich. This location will never get my service again and I would highly recommend no-one come here until they teach how to treat the customers. Now if he doesn’t like to deal with customers then he should look for other work.

Don’t order online and expect your subs to be done on time. I ordered through the app to get the points and use my discount code. Every person I watched walk in got their subs made while mine sat by the side. App even said they were ready when clearly they weren’t as I was sitting inside waiting. When I asked just to make sure I was told they were being made. They got pushed to the side… Real nice subway. Only took an extra 9 minutes after my app said my order was ready, having to wait for everybody else’s orders to be made before mine.

Stopped here for a quick meal while on a road trip and got chicken salad, where I found a very long hair. The lady working was not very pleasant and did not seem to be happy to be there at all, along with rude and inappropriate customers.

My husband came in today (July 15th 2024). He made it known he was in there and was completely ignored. This is NOT the first time this has happened. We live out off of 61 so this Subway is the one he would prefer to go to but ends up always waiting forever for an employee to help. Today he just walked out because he didn’t want to wait 30 min like he has done before. Let’s also talk about the employee attitudes. Their attitudes are disgusting and they act as if a customer being there is an inconvenience to them. Our experiences with this Subway haven’t been any where near even a 1 star for about 2 years. The ONLY reason I have put a 1 star rating is because a 0 star rating isn’t optional. I don’t know how this Subway is still open. After reading the other comments it’s clear we are not the only ones receiving such poor quality service. We use to frequent this Subway quite a bit but the past 2 years we just can’t handle the poor quality we receive EVERY TIME. Someone needs to go in there and retrain all the employees or just fire and rehire till you get it right. We have decided we WILL NOT be returning anytime soon.

I go into subway to order a wrap. The employee working lays down a piece of flatbread you’d use to make a pizza on. I told her nicely again I wanted a wrap, not flatbread. She informed me that that was their wraps. Very disappointed I was still willing to try. Subway…you have your employees roll everything up into a log. There is no seal to keep it together. All your condiments and fillings fall out of the bottom. You’re still charging $11+ for this (meal not included). Highly inappropriate for the food service. Subway definitely lost my business.

Ordered online from app while at location in order to receive listed coupon. I ordered 2 separate subs on two separate breads. The young man and young lady who were making subs put the wrong meat on the wrong bread and when pointed out they seemed irritated. They remade subs and placed so much pepper on sandwiches that my family could not eat them. We did not notice this until after we were on highway several miles away. The drink ordered with one of sub meals was not available so they replaced with a different drink, was not favorable. The staff seemed inept and unconcerned. They seemed bothered by each guest that walked in the door. The young lady took a call and was frustrated since customer asked how late they are open and she started the customer was only calling so they could show up right at chose. I would certainly recommend going to any location other than this one and if another Subway is not bear or available to go anywhere but here. Horrible experience.

I really don’t want to give this any stars at all. Both of the young ladies working on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 6 pm we’re extremely RUDE. They have no concept of customer service. The only expression on either face was a scowl as if they were being bothered to do their job. I haven’t been to Subway in a very long time but my husband and I decided to treat out daughters tonight. I even said that I haven’t been to Subway in a very long time. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch which they ended up putting peppercorn ranch on it and I said I wanted regular ranch. The one making the sandwich said “we don’t have ranch” and the other one said “we haven’t had that in 6-8 months”. It should be called a chicken, bacon, peppercorn ranch then. Disgusted with our service, my husband did not leave a tip, which he always does. When the girl at the register noticed there was no tip, she started throwing the sandwiches roughly into the bag. If these 2 were my employees they would have just gotten fired!

Just stopped in to this store to purchase a sandwich and a gentleman 2 in front of me was paying it forward and told the ladies to pay for people’s sandwich till the money runs out. He thought he was doing something good till the lady at the register after left looked at the other employees and said look ladies we are going to be rich today and put all of the money in there tip jar to an amount of 18+ dollars. This is stealing and very gross of a human being. I had my children with me and had to explain to them when she made her comment. Will never ever return to this location!

Went in to order three footlongs as we had a good coupon. The employee working was not aware what customer service was. The first sandwich made (for children) smashed together with mayo coming out of everywhere, mentioned that the sandwich was for kids and the worker just scoffed, asked to fold the sandwich ourselves and was told no. The second sandwich was doused in tomato juice and when that was mentioned we were asked why we couldn’t stand a little tomato juice. Since the sandwich toasters were not working we asked for them to warm up the meat for a sweet onion sandwich, they told us they will warm up the whole sandwich after it’s made veggies and all. We left with no sandwiches and went somewhere else.
