I ordered an Italian deli boat through Uber Eats and it was absolutely amazing! It was warm and all the ingredients were fresh. I am from Michigan so Jets is always the go to for pizza. This definitely lived up to back home standards.

I’m gonna do my part and leave a good review. I regularly order from this location and pretty much always comes out fresh and right. I do pick up my own food so I can’t speak for what happens when it’s delivered and I only order first thing as they open so also can’t speak for what happens through the rest of the day but again my orders have always been on point except maybe once or twice where pizza was maybe undercooked or a topping missing. I wouldn’t drop the score from just a single bad upcoming experience because they’ve been very consistent so far.
I did take off one star for atmosphere only because it is a very cramped and small area for patrons to be inside and not that big a deal but it is pretty tight and might have to let someone pass as they come in or go out it’s so small.

Hit or miss sometimes you get a great fresh pizza today. I got what seems to be a reheated. It’s greasy overcooked nasty.!!!!!!!

So I called and ordered delivery, I asked the person do you have any specials? She said yes we have a large three topping pizza for $16. OK so I ordered it. When the dude shut up my driveway he wanted $21.50?? That was not the price that was quoted to me over the phone. I was fair and was prepared to give him a $3.50 tip. But when it came in at almost 5 dollars more than I was quoted, I was only able to give him $1.50 tip.
Thats $23.50 for a $16 special pizza i was quoted? There needs to be some real transparency, another words we need to know exactly what the pizza cost every time we order, and if Jets adds a delivery charge, it needs to be stated! I’m not so sure if that’s what happened, but whatever I will no longer order anything delivered again!
Gave them one last chance on a New York style pizza! Are you freaking kidding me? They actually burned it! this place is got to go away I will never ever! Order a pizza from these idiots again!! yes

I ordered a pizza from you from Uber eats today and a friend picked it up for me. I normally get the Hawaiian but was hungry for pepperoni so I ordered a large and paid for double cheese. (Ha Ha) it was the worst pizza I ever ate in my life like a piece of cardboard with cheese as thin as a piece of paper.
Very Disappointed normally they are very good.
They missed the mark big time.
I can get pepperoni cheese bread with extra cheese at Little Caesars for about $8
And it is 10 times better than what I received.
Normally I don’t complain I normally praise you but maybe the Hawaiian is the only the best you have.
Probably will never order again.
Concerned customer.
Update the manager made it right, gave me my normal Hawaiian pizza for my trouble.
And as always it was great.

I had been a Jet’s Dallas Highway customer since it opened. It was their best location in the area for years. For the last couple of years, everything thing has been going downhill. The drinks are not cold, the store isn’t as clean, and needs a renovation. The small order I picked up last week was overbaked, burned and all but inedible. The fact that Jet’s Dallas Hwy hasn’t publically responded to the increasing number of bad reviews, on multiple platforms, suggests that they do not care about the their business. Sad!

BE AWARE!!! This used to be the best location. The food was always cooked to perfection and looked so appetizing. Now they just serve it any kind of way. The last 2 times I’ve gotten pizza here it has been less than appetizing. Your prices are too high for the pizza to be burned, or scorched and then covered up with an insane amount of Romano cheese! Bad deal. I will find my pizza elsewhere from now on.

I was looking for a pizza place that had cauliflower pizza and Jet’s did!! I did a text to order super easy process!! My cauliflower pizza taste soooo good. It was cooked to perfection. I recommend especially if you’re looking for a healthier option. I’ll be back!!

What a waste of $$. Got our pizza almost 2 hours later and it was stone cold. Should have canceled when I called to check on my order. It used to be good but the past few times have been. Nothing short of a disaster.
