I ordered my pizza through Uber eats and they gave me this super dried up , stale, hard cheese, bubbled bread pizza. I called uber and they were rude as hell. Never order through them again. When I called Pizza Boli a lady manager offered to remake the pizza for me, but I had to pick it up. At that time I didn’t have my vehicle so I couldn’t. She told me to call back and she will honor it when I can get it. Well 3 weeks later, I have my vehicle, I called. The other manager, a guy, said he won’t honor it and I have to go through uber. This pizza was hard as plastic. The topping were all dried up. Look at the super dry beef sausage meat. The bread was hard as a cracker and it looked like something had it and returned it. Uber app glitched horribly. The lady read my order out to me and uber had it completely wrong. But I waited before posting this because if they were going to remake my pizza, then why post a complaint. That dude that was there today does bad business. Do not fo business with a company that will not take responsibility for their poor quality in product and service. I hope people choose another pizza boli. The one on Security Blvd does a great job. Try them over these guys.
All as I look at the previous reviews, those pizzas look way better than mine did. Bright white cheese and nice toppings. Mine looks and was like a dried up round cracker with dehydrated cheese and toppings.

I’d just like to give the gentleman answering the phone and the manager who stepped in a thank you. I understand the online ordering service was messed up and the manager was SO incredibly patient while trying to correct our order. We had the correction redelivered in a decent amount of time. Everything was delicious as always, and my husband is now a fan of the gyro!

Ordered a cheesesteak and a pie from this Boli’s location for delivery. Pizza was good, cooked well done, the cheesesteak was also good. Boli’s has one of the best toasted rolls for a national chain…mine was way lite on the mayo and cheese for my liking which was disappointing but next time I will just make sure to make a note of adding extra. Overall, in my opinion 6/10 for the pizza and a 7/10 for the cheesesteak which is pretty great for a national chain. One last thought…shred the lettuce and tomatoes with a meat slicer instead of hand cut

Pizza doesn’t taste the same. Not how I remember it some years ago. Not as good. Kind of bland. Papa John’s and 3 Brothers are much better. Onion rings were good.

This is the only place I get pizza from now! It’s always so fresh and juicy, and they have actual “jumbo” wings. The staff is so friendly and i have never had an issue with my order here. Lebis helped me today. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong, my service and food were perfect as usual

Might be the worst one and I love pizza bolis. First off the cook is raw dogging the food. No gloves at all. Not washing hands in between which is a safety risk if someone has an extreme allergy. Secondly, he’s cooking in thong sandals which is not only against code it just feels wrong lol. Quality of pizza is not up to par. Took a very long time to prepare and I called ahead. Lastly it is a tragedy that they are ordering lump crab meat in a can and they are freezing it in the can. If you must freeze it put it in a ziploc. Freezing in a can is diabolical and lazy and it diminishes the quality by a lot!

First time ordering from this store. I ordered through the app slice and requested for a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. Initially the order came to us with a complete pepperoni pizza. When we called they sent out another pizza, but it still wasn’t half and half.
