Waited over 20 minutes past the time on my online order. Asked the employee about it and she said “they have to prioritize the people in person” despite having 10 people waiting for their food. Complained about being short staffed when 4 people were working and only 1 person making sandwiches. I recommend ordering in person as you will not get your food quickly when ordering on the app. – editing after receiving order and it is completely wrong and the number for the restaurant does not work so I can’t get any fix without driving all the back.

Placed a to go order. Showed up early. Doors locked, employees inside, ignored me trying to show my order info through the window. Their phone number is not functional so you can’t call to rectify the situation. I’m out $16 for placing an order here and trusting them.

Staff was some what friendly but seemed like they weren’t sure what they were doing. Waited over 10mins in line with only one person in from of us. Need more staff or better trained. Napkins were also randomly placed by the trash while everything else was in a different spot.

Meatball sandwich was tolerable and seemed ok but I had gas and an upset stomach all night. Had to choke down half a bottle of Tums and it still didn’t stop the nausea. Not sure what they did or didn’t do to this thing but it killed my stomach. I doubt I’ll ever be back. Anyone else experience this on 01/14/2026?
