flies were flying around the food area and one landed on my food. told the worker a fly was on my sandwich and she just swatted it off and acted like it didn’t happen. great way to make a customer feel like their food isnt gonna make them sick, not going back.

It was late at night and I went to Subway. I got a roast sandwich. It was amazing. The roast beef, the cheese just everything amazing it was kind of dirty but still amazing. Great the waitress was pretty nice, but it took kinda long to get my meal so but five star meal.

Wasn’t really a bad experience, I’ve work at subway before in South Carolina. This tipping thing is kinda different somewhat then how I got tipped, if that’s what everyone is about. Just don’t get attitude like cause of it, not everyone has extra money all the time. I just want my money back for the extra ft long pretzel I didn’t ask for but was charged for. Young lady that made my sandwich, I see potential if she stays there. Did good job! Not sure if other person was manager or not, but not tipping shouldn’t seem like now Im gonna see slight attitude or like, getting overcharged or whatever problem it caused. No need for it. I’ll come back again for sure only if I get back what I got overcharged for, kinda disappointing. I don’t wanna make a big issue but I don’t like being charged double for 1 item ordered. Kinda disrespectful to someone that’s disabled on limited income and don’t get to eat out very often. Just hope I get back my money, just simple mistake probably. Find out soon I guess, be calling back again to discuss it with manager again and hopefully solve the issue, if not, then most likely won’t be going back and changing my review and be more honest about the whole situation.

Lady making my sandwich was rude like she was having a bad day. Making fun of the stuff that I wanted on my sandwich and whatnot. I typically always get the same sandwich when I go and this one location out of the hundreds of subways I’ve been to told me that it’s not an option. Food was still good and fresh but if you value customer service just go to Waterloo or cedar falls. This location should be avoided.

Placed an online order for this location. Right as we got there our order was almost given to the wrong person like she had walked out the door and came back in realizing it wasn’t her order. They did not follow the order details at all and did not seem interested in doing a basic minimum effort. On top of that I swear their sandwiches have gotten smaller. I knew subway had gone down the drain but figured I’d give it one last shot. Nice to know they went the way McDonald’s did. Down the drain. Won’t be back ever

The food was good however the customer engagement was minimal. The worker did not even smile or make eye contact. She rolled her eyes several times as she made our order which was 3 sandwiches. Without us making a comment about it another employee came to our table and apologized for the girls attitude that served us before we were finished eating.

Had my husband order on the app. Got our sandwiches. One side was great but the other was dry and didn’t have any of the toppings we wanted on either sandwich. Very disappointing as subway is one of my guilty pleasures.

I dread going in here, because the staff usually aren’t the nicest. Today, however, the three guys working were friendly and efficient. The bread was fresh and the toppings plentiful. Keep it up guys.
