Where have I been? The owner says they have been here for 8 years, I have definitely been missing out. Off the beaten path but worth the trip! Amazing specialty cakes that can be ordered ahead or take your chances to see what is available in the counter. Specialty items by holiday, again can be ordered ahead. Lunch and breakfast menu, unfortunately no place to eat inside, small outdoor seating area for warmer months. Will be back.

I had such an amazing experience visiting The Chocolate Rose last minute for a birthday cake for my husband! It was my first time here, shame on me! I ordered the Cookies & Cream cake and it was absolutely delicious. The care, instructions, and attention to detail that go into the entire experience are truly top notch. This place is so clean and chic! From the baked goods to the gift shop, everything was perfectly organized and inviting. I had the hardest time deciding what to get because I wanted one of everything. So many of the cakes looked even too good to eat! I’d definitely recommend one for any special occasion. I ended up getting a raspberry cheese danish, and a cream cheese pineapple muffin. Both were exceptionally delicious, and I can’t wait to go back to try one of their croissants. Wonderful service from the girls at the counter as well.

Not sure how we haven’t stopped into The Chocolate Rose until this past weekend. We had passed it many times but never made the stop until I saw an IG post about it.
First, very cute place. Perfect place to pick up hostesses gifts and amazing desserts.
We actually stopped in for breakfast. The avocado toast is spectacular- such great flavors. The bagel breakfast sandwich was also very good… and yes you must get a cinnamon roll which was so moist and tasty… sweet enough but not overly sweet. Oh, the coffee is also very good.
This is mostly a take away place but they have little tables on the porch where you can seat down and eat but you do order inside.
This place will definitely will now be part of our breakfast rotation and can wait to order one of the beautiful cakes… which I can imagine are spectacular!

Love this place and all of its warm welcoming employees! Best breakfast sandwiches and lattes. Waited a few extra minutes for a sandwich (no biggie) and thanked with 2 fresh baked cookies for the wait! Give them a visit if you haven’t already:)

I cannot say enough good things about Chocolate Rose Bakery! Every pastry in this box was not only incredibly flavorful but also impressively large—definitely worth every bite. From the rich chocolate-covered croissant to the fresh fruit danish and citrus-glazed treats, each item was beautifully made and absolutely delicious. You can tell these pastries are crafted with care and quality ingredients. The presentation alone is a feast for the eyes, and the taste exceeds expectations. This bakery has been a favorite stop for me since it opened. Although I don’t get there as much as I used to l, some days you just need a treat. I had one of those days today. I ordered the avocado toast and an iced coffee. Both were delicious but the avocado toast was especially delicious. Nice combination of flavors. My treat need was most satisfied. ❤️

I stopped in 3 days before Christmas and needed a birthday cake for Christmas Eve. Sure enough, they had 4 available, and the girl behind the counter was a great help. The cake was not only pleasing to the eye, but it was also delicious! The cake was fresh and light tasting; you will not feel guilty eating it. While waiting for the cake to be boxed, I ordered a coffee (only 2.50) and a cinnamon bun, which were also delicious. I was also given an anti-slip mat to place under the box so it wouldn’t slide around the car; that’s attention to detail. See you there.

We called Sunday morning about 10 am inquiring about the sticky buns. We were notified, politely, that the last had just sold up front however the clerk would check in the back for more.
A short time later the young lady came to the phone again stating they were indeed out. However, after a quick “over the shoulder” conversation with the baker we were told if we can wait, they’d make more.
Two hours later, the pictures only partly do it justice. The whole car smelled like buttery heaven.
Do yourself a favor and get a sticky bun or six!
