Yesterday I had a fantastic experience at MOD Pizza today thanks to Betty. She was handling the entire line by herself and was incredibly impressive. Despite being the only one on the line, she was fast, efficient, and never missed a beat. What really stood out was her sense of humor; she kept the mood light and the customers smiling even during a busy rush. It’s rare to see someone work that hard with such a great attitude!

Workers Ranae and Flow were absolutely amazing. We came in with 4 people after we got my car towed that broke down the night before and they helped us with so much attentiveness and patience! Made sure we loved how our pizzas looked and gave us as many different sauces as we wanted on the side. Even thought they were slammed and had been preparing pizzas for the last 5 hour straight, they were so kind and caring about my car troubles. Anyways, I don’t leave reviews often but when I have such a pleasant and impressive experience, I must! They all deserve a raise and I would come here again anytime I’m near by if I wanted a delicious mod pizza:)

MOD is a typical go to place for me as I travel all over the country and the pizza and service are normally very consistent. This location did not live up to the normal standard I’ve grown to expect from MOD. The amount of toppings were far less than what I normally receive. The quality was not a good. And the person who made the pizza placed all the toppings in the center of the pizza. When I asked to have more toppings and have spread out more evenly, the person making the pizza rolled their eyes and blatantly ignored me. The pizza was unevenly cooked and parts of the crust were still raw. They need to train the staff better.

First time in, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. When I asked about crusts for an allergy, they did everything they could to get me information and take care of me. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and friendly. Will definitely be stopping here when I am in town!

Terrible service. Our Mahjong group placed an order Friday morning to be picked up that evening at 5:45pm. I listed the pick up persons name and this location failed to send my pizza with the order. We were 30 minutes away so there was no “going back to get it”.

Not impressed with this location. Typically MOD pizza is my go to place for yummy pizza. I was so excited when I heard about this location since I live in Bellville; however, went there today and while I don’t mind paying for quality food I feel I was ripped off with the quality of food I received today. I asked for a side Caesar salad..that made a MOD size (okay whatever) but the salad had very little lettuce leafs and was mostly the butts of the salad. For $7 unacceptable. Pizza was not cooked enough and over sauced! I will make the extra drive to another location next time. What a disappointment!
