Went to a normal subway around 5 yestersay this Tall guy with long brown hair made a couple sandwiches for me and they were made perfect he was quick and just overall excellent customer service, would come back just for this guy to make me another sub.

Flys everywhere in here, which should have been a red flag. Wilted veggies, and lifeless employees. The final straw was when a fly landed on my actual prepared sandwich while the employee was back getting more sauce, so I asked for a refund. The employee seemed annoyed. No apology. No empathy. I almost wanted to ask “would you eat this?” Although I know I wouldn’t have gotten an honest answer. Gross overall. Would not let my worst enemy eat here.

Very efficient, professional employee quickly prepared four sandwiches perfectly. Food and bread were all 100% fresh. Highly recommend double meat on a smaller sandwich for more protein with less bread. Sparkling clean environment conveniently located inside Walmart. Great choice for an affordable, satisfying lunch, for example, on visitors’ day at summer camp.

Horrible food/service. I couldn’t even eat my lunch from here! My fiance ordered us a steak grinder to split, the woman put so much mayo on it, it literally got everywhere in the car when we were trying to eat it & also hardly any onions or cheese on it. Bread was crusty & all dried out. Definitely not fresh. He also ordered a turkey grinder for my daughter who wanted it not to be toasted, and they toasted it anyway. This Subway definitely needs improvement! Try paying attention to your customer’s orders please. Also, don’t drown the sandwiches with condiments unless asked to do so! It really ruins the grinders. Unless someone specifically requests heavy mayo or other sauce/dressing, don’t overdo it. I don’t know anyone that wants their grinders to have mouthfuls of mayo, or be completely saturated with sauce. Disgusting. I won’t be back. I’ll stick with Subway on West Street in the plaza with Dunkin’ & Dollar General. Much better grinders, better quality food & service. Update: My son recently ordered a ham/cheese grinder from here & he told the woman who made his sandwich multiple times that he didn’t want tomatoes, she ended up putting them on anyway & several of them. Definitely better off going to the other Subway in Ware!

Just got a grinder here and what a wonderful experience. There’s a lovely young lady with black hair making the sandwiches and she’s very sweet and made no mistakes which is rare especially in a sandwich shop. Thanks for putting competent people in your restaurant 🙂

Ummm…I tried to get a sandwich here, but I stood at the counter for like 6 to 8 minutes at approximately 11:45 am on a Friday. It was empty except for one Walmart employee eating her lunch. Nobody was behind the counter and I eventually shrugged my shoulders and left. ??? Weird experience. Nice and clean though! LOL…wish I could have gotten a sandwich. I was really hungry.
