I ordered takeout from Green Mango in Ashgrove and was seriously impressed! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and authentic. Every dish was full of depth, and the Vientiane Set seriously cured my craving for Lao food. The service was also lovely — friendly, welcoming, and made the pickup experience smooth and easy. Definitely a great option for Thai in Brisbane. Can’t wait to order again!

I have been sitting waiting for over an hour and have not even been served my starter. This is absolutely the worst service ever. I get take away from here all the time and the food is ok, but this is in no way a restaurant. Not even an apology from the manager when I asked how long, I was simply told we are busy.

Now let’s get straight to business I only eat fried rice when I have Thai food because of this I have had a lot of Thai fried rice in my time. I must say it was good to have a fried rice that didn’t taste like all the others. The new flavours were enriching to say the least. My bearded friend Joel, who was a bit under the weather thought some Thai food would lift him out of his ditch. For the most part it did until he saw “the most beautiful girl” he’s ever seen walk into firstop. He remarked “Her eyes were painted blue like the sky….” Joel continued for a while here. Joel got the green Thai curry and it was the a close second to the best thing of his night. The portion sizes were very generous for both me and my buddy Joel and I had enough left over to have a meal out of it the next day as well. All in all great meal/night. Quick last minute addition the young boy who served us was a master at his job give him a raise.

I’ve had beef massaman from many Thai restaurants. This one is unique, and with the least amount of beef. Not in a good way. But lots of potato. Don’t recommend this meal at all.
