I placed an order that was supposed to be ready today at 6:59 p.m. and arrived on time. I asked the employee packaging the orders if mine was ready, and he said “I got you.” Instead of handing it to me, he continued giving orders to everyone else while I stood there waiting.
After several minutes, I asked again, and he pointed to the bag sitting right there the whole time. So my food had been ready the entire time, but he didn’t bother to give it to me.
By the time I got home, my burger was cold and soggy. Completely ruined the meal. Very poor customer service.

The hamburger was excellent! The service was average and the ambiance was not very charming. The worst thing was not being able to use the bathrooms after lunch because there was a situation with students. There should be ways to enforce respect for the spaces in a place like this. For me it is not an experience to repeat.

Not only was the food amazing but service was incredible. Kiara helped us out and from the moment we walked in she was so friendly. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but it was just so lovely to have such incredible service

The expense was sent to amazing GSA Strategic Memories after community service with the veterans came to five guys for a kickback, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly. The food is fresh and came out fast and they constantly check on each of us to make up. We were completely satisfied. This was a great expense.

We hadn’t ate here in a long time we would come every 2 weeks at 1 point. This was the 1st time ever the burgers were horrible there was absolutely no flavor or seasoning what so ever. How is that even possible. It was bad enough to where i think ill dispute this. It was not worth my money with how expensive it is for a burger place to begin with. McDonald’s can mess up but a 15$ burger place there’s no way im accepting this. My husband did not even finish his he threw it away and he eats everything ♀️

After watching a TikTok video showing that Five Guy’s burgers had real meat compared to other fast food chain restaurants, I promised my six year old son that I would take him there and he could even get fresh peanuts. Fast forward to today, National Cheeseburger Day, I aimed to make good on my promise with the hope of 50% off cheeseburgers for real meat.
Imagine my dismay when I got to the counter and learned that I had to be preregistered to get the promotion. But thankfully, the manager on duty Rey, was very accommodating and allowed me to get one of my three burgers free (I paid for the other two).
And the cashier Latanya, who took our order was very kind and accommodating to my son as he kept picking and choosing his options. Very happy with our experience and I think we have put new favorite burger joint.

This restaurant is my go to great Burgers and French fries. They also allow you to get free tray of peanuts. The milkshakes are delicious. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Was ordering the grilled cheese with a patty for someone (sandwich not pictured). Let me start with, the plaza where this was located was decent. However, this spot or that day was really understaffed. The same guy taking the orders was making burgers. The floor was sticky and gunky. This should have been a sign to leave. I also noticed burger patties and buns sitting on the grill. The store was not busy, so not sure why. Anyway, got the order anyway. The person later complained of feeling a little sick, coincidentally after eating the grilled cheese sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Thumbs down. Management, clean your store and hire more staff. Fresh burgers and fries are what makes Five Guys top notch.
