We have had pizza from here twice in the last month. The first time the pizza looked inconsistent and looked like my 5 year old made it. I didn’t review and left it alone thinking it was a one time thing. We ordered again on Wednesday this week and AGAIN, it was a mess. I’m disappointed in the lack of quality. We have always loved Papa John’s but we won’t order again any time soon.

To give this 90 GLENDA TRACE, NEWNAN GEORGIA, 30265 NEWNAN, GEORGIA PAPA JOHNS STORE EVEN 1 star would be misleading to other customers ! On 07/31/2024 I went into this pizza store to pick up our Papa John pizza. The store was very empty dirty and disorganized. I noticed right away in the area of food on the floor where the employees were working food was all over the floor. The cooking areas that customers could see in the pizza store were dirty. I was really hungry and with the destructive way that COVID left PAPA JOHNS restaurants probably hiring anyone that they could find
so I let that go. Then I noticed the 1 employee making pizzas but that same employee was running the drive through pizza window and he also was touching money, making pizzas handled money, ang constantly scratched his hair and body parts while pulling his cap off his head numerous times and fighting the numerous fly’s and bugs that were flying through the pizza drive through window. This employee his hair was extremely long and this is JUST wrong for Papa Johns to let this guy fix people pizza in this nasty disgusting hair hanging over his Papa Johns cap and he is scratching his hair and making pizzas at the same time. Never washed hands and wiped sweat from his forehead and face while making people pizza. This employee had no help from others and it seems like he was running this Papa Johns location by himself. The employee was not friendly and very unwelcoming. I noticed dead bugs under the drive through window and by the bench I was sitting and waiting on my pizza on. But nothing would prepare me for the GROSS PAPA JOHNS LARGE PIZZA I RECEIVED FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY. THE PAPA JOHNS PIZZA WAS COOKED AND BAKED AND TOPPED IN HUMAN HAIR the PAPA JOHNS PIZZA HAD HUMAN HAIR BAKED INTO THE PIZZA AS OUR TOPPING. NOT A SMALL AMOUNT OF HAIR EITHER ! A HAND FULL !!! Still to date PAPA JOHNS CORPORATE HAS NOT TAKEN ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR DONE ANYTHING TO CHANGE THE QUALITY OF THEIR RESTAURANT OR HYGINE IN THE NEWNAN GEORGIA, 90 GLENDA TRACE 30265 PAPA JOHNS PIZZA LOCATION. Found a hair in our pizza. Tried calling to report it, and of course they didn’t answer the phone. This used to be a really great pizza spot, but this particular location has definitely fallen off.

Ordered two papadias which were fine however my cinnamon bread didn’t look right. I tried it and it tasted freezer burnt, dry, and stale. I’ve called the store and have been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.

We tried it last month and was the worst pizza we had ever had and it’s not cheap!!
Tried it again last night to get the special of 12.99 that pizza ended up costing us 33.00. What the hell!!! The worst pizza ever. Too many places to charge what they do and the quality is sub par go some where else!!

Both pizzas were gross. The crust was very bland & also doughy. Cheese was barley melted on the top & very LITTLE toppings on both pizzas as well. This location needs alot of improving as i can see in the previous reviews they are STILL repeating the same poor qualities as they did in the past.

Waited nearly 2hrs for a cold pizza. When delivery window wasn’t met we began calling, you can’t get a person on the phone or cancel the order. Called repeatedly and never got hold of a person at the restaurant. The $30 cold, congealed pizza is not worth eating.

The customer service at the store is the WORST. If I could give negative stars I would! The first pic is the pizza delivery with the seal broken. I called the restaurant and told them the seal was broken and requested another pizza. They preceded to send another pizza pictured in the second pic. 22 seals in total on the box. And they really think I’m going to eat the pizza. I went to the store the next day to return the pizzas and the person at the register tried not to laugh when I explained what happened. Disgusting service! Will never order from them again. Their corporate office was supposed to contact me and they never did. Terrible customer service.

This is supposed to have extra cheese and hamburger. Hardly any hamburger, what is there was dropped in one spot, definitely not extra cheese and it’s cold. Also, ordered and paid for extra sauces and received none.
