We Had such an amazing experience at this little Dairy Queen in California PA. Walking into the store they had on K love radio which was so nice to hear when you have small children. Secondly the young man and young lady behind the counter were just genuinely kind and good people. They went above and beyond for my kids and I. Good job to the parents for raising such polite young adults and thank you Dairy Queen for the wonderful experience. You have awesome employees.

Had a great experience! The man, Charles, at the register was very friendly and helped me get what I wanted. I only wanted a drink and he helped me pick out a great misty slush. Cherry flavor!
Edit: 5 years later and the place still has class! Hated to see the old bar stools get replaced because of old age but it’s a nice spruce up. The Christian rock always gets me pumped up to enjoy some cool drinks. Updated my order to the misty freeze; strawberry kiwi flavor!

I visited the Dairy Queen location today, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The service was incredibly slow, and I was left waiting for a long time before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When my order was finally taken, it was incorrect, and I had to wait even longer and it was never fixed. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing a positive customer experience trying to put the blame on me for the cashier doing their job wrong.
It’s frustrating when you expect a quick and easy visit, but instead, you end up feeling neglected. I hope this feedback helps improve service so they can put the fries in the bag.

Just stopped with friends.
We ordered hot fudge sundae and a banana split and I’m pretty sure they were pre-made less the toppings. So our ice cream and bananas was hard. Bad move on there part.

Great service and friendly staff. Never had a DQ cheeseburger until tonight and I was very surprised at how good it was! I asked for extra pickles and they loaded them up for me. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store. Great job!

A lady with seven kids came in and placed her order… It included 7 ive cream cones… She had trouble getting her card to work and she couldn’t do it … the cashier offered to pay for it and then the boss lady came out and gave her the cones for free ❤️. How wonderful was that
