I was standing in line. I was the only person in the store. One of the regulars came in behind me and the server immediately served him. The person looked at me and asked me if I was all set. I said I am now and I walked out of the store. This is ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s a regular or not. I was the next person in line and I should’ve been served.

The amount of times this Dunkin has gotten my order wrong is truly a talent. I kept my mouth shut the first 5 times but I hit my limit today. I specifically asked for extra toasted bagels today- to be run through the toaster twice (mind you, there was no one else there so it’s not like they were busy). I stated it 3 times because I know how this Dunkin operates (or I suppose I should say doesn’t operate)…and still…guess who’s bagels were not toasted… at all… Goto the Bellingham Dunkin down the road. They are amazing!

Never met a more disrespectful staff did not make my coffee right did not ring it in correctly when I asked for this to be corrected I was met with attitude from all staff and them going to eachother saying well it was rung in right she should just pay for another one and then to have them hand me back a coffee spilling everywhere no straw asked for a straw one was thrown at me I used to work in the food service industry and frankly if I was to ever speak to anyone that way or pull a stunt like that would’ve been instant termination yall need to check yourselves it’s a coffee spot not a 5 star restraunt I know it’s stressful but you really need to have the correct personality to work those jobs and frankly the employees they got there are def not that will not be returning hope this location gets either redone or closed in the near future waste of time and money

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a $50 order to be picked up in several hours on mobile app, paid for it, and they didn’t tell me until I got there 3 hours later that they couldn’t fill my order. I asked for a refund they said no. I asked for a manager they laughed and said not here. I’ve been emailing constantly with the corporate office to get a refund and no response. Not to mention it took all 5 of the employees working to even acknowledge that I was standing there to pick my order up before telling me it wasn’t done. Worst customer service ever.

So of course like everyday even though it’s not Monday you order on the app to the wrong Dunkin but walking into this Duncan I was greeted by the store manager Tammy and she said don’t worry we’ll take care of you and fulfilled my order even though I ordered at the wrong store! I will definitely be back again and hopefully I order at the right store! Thank you ladies for being so gracious.

I ordered “Less Ice”, I got the most ice ive ever received
So much ice that I struggled to get the straw in.
(I was in a rush and had no time to request a replacement)
Naturally this meant that, though I ordered a Medium, I got a Small (or even smaller).
This drink would normally last a whole day, this one lasted much less.

There’s a girl there with such a bad attitude ! Emily is her name. I mean Geez we go there on our morning. I’m a morning person so I’m always happy in the morning but her attitude can def ruin it for sure. So rude. Eventho her colleague apologized on her behalf it still awful to have someone ruin your morning like that.

Around 3 months ago they were messing up a lot of my orders. It was horrible. From ordering a XL hot black coffee and getting a XL regular coffee or getting an excessive amount of sugar when I asked for none, etc. Then, I left for a month on business.
When I came back, everything was different. No wrong orders, mistakes, or bad service. Everything was just right and perfectly done. They’ve really improved and I’d like this review to reflect that.

BY FAR THE BEST D&D in the area. The service is always excellent and the staff is always very pleasant to deal with. Food and drinks are always consistently good and fresh. For someone who lives in Milford with no less than 4 D&D’s in town, it says a lot that we drive to Hopedale for our coffee! A++
