this is my ticket yall. this is how much i spent, just for two people. my sister joined later. when i went, i wasn’t seated immediately, but that’s no biggie to me. i was greeted by a sweet girl, didn’t catch her name, but her birthday was yesterday and she told me my server would be on her way. the server we got was the same server we had the FIRST time we came to BTOPS, and had a horrible experience. i was giving them a second chance so again, no biggie. we got there exactly at 5. we were seated by 5:10pm. again, it’s just us in the restaurant. we didn’t get our first round of drinks till 5:30pm if not after. the bartender wasn’t really on her A-game either, so i won’t place too much on the server there. now, the food: i ordered two chicken bite plates, one with okra as the side and fries on the side. by the time i received my side of fries, we were already done with our meals. we were supposed to get a chicken bite plate to compensate for the fries being late, but was still charged for it. granted, they had an event yesterday, but i still feel if the server couldn’t be as attentive, then the main dining room should’ve been closed so they could just accommodate their guests in the back. btw, the main dining room maybe had 20 people at most in it. really wasn’t packed at all. i tried them when they first moved to the new location and was disappointed and gave them another shot and was disappointed AGAIN!
lastly, the gratuity charge needs to be either told or posted on the menu. . not on the bar when i was seated in a booth. i’m going to be honest. i don’t tip if gratuity is charged. my tip will always beat gratuity anyways, but due to the service not being up to par at all, she received $15 gratuity and another $11 tip (10%) tip from me. the old location never had ANY of these problems. i’m just really disappointed.

Went to Btop a couple times in the last couple months. Enjoy the atmosphere, it was nice and with no drama. I like that they had the game playing while listening to music. What happen to djkozy? I notice the music selection was different but it still was nice. The Bartender Jasmine was amazing, great customer service and kept us entertained. The food took longer then expected however Jasmine kept the drinks coming. I’ll be back soon.

however! my biggest issue was my meal. i don’t know what the kitchen was doing cause why did salmon and cheese fries take 35 mins when it was only 2-3 tables in there that already had ate! to add on to the mental pain that i went through waiting on that food. is why are we adding shredded cheese and nacho cheese on top of fries. im so confused with this restaurant menu options
next time ill just stick to wings

Wow! Should have known when we walked up 20 minutes after opening and the door was locked. Entered into the smell of weed. Took nearly 40 min to get food after ordering. Both Philly sandwich and salad were room temperature. Told us there was a military discount but didn’t apply it. Meat potion on my Philly sandwich was not worth $16. Tea was old or rancid. Won’t be back!

This place is black owned, Amazing!!♥️ It was My husband and I first time going here, really really nice set up!!! I love the color scheme and hands down the mirrors and lounge space adds an extra ump to the place with a great selection of music, food, as well as TV entertainment. Okay on to the dislike part but not bad though, I had the mild wings which were Bomb!!, Sauce taste superb and the BTop loaded fries. I just didn’t like the nacho cheese on the fries, I thought it was just regular shredded cheese but it looks like both, just a bit much. Although my fries where drenched in cheese I’m still going back, I just know what to ask for next time. I definitely recommend this place to dine in with friends and/or significant others for that sexy vibe kind of feel as well as kid friendly. Overall Great Place!!!

Food was grea and they have 15% off for military on Wednesday. This is my new go to place for lunch. The only recommendation would be adding a sauce to the burger. The okra was FIRE.

To put this review in context, I’m over 50 years old, degreed and I moved to Montgomery from Dallas to retire 3 years ago. I’m really a fish out of water living in Montgomery.
If I were between the age of 18-24, I’d probably would have rated it a 5-star.
Anytime, I have to be patted down by security, before entering a business, it’s not my type of crowd.
If you drink straight Hennessy or Apple Crown, you’ll fit right in. Again, I’m at a whole different plateau in my life. I take my cocktails very seriously. Typically, I will spend between $75 and $100 on cocktails, depending on the skill level of the bartender. One $14 drink was more than enough at the B-Top.
Other than myself, I don’t recall seeing another man with a pair of dress shoes on. You will fit right in with a pair of shorts and some Jordans.

Best burger & fries in town. I came back the next night & it was the EXACT SAME. It’s the consistency & home made sweet potato fries for me. Great drinks, friendly bartenders & a good selection of tequila. They have Teremana.
