It’s been a few years since I was here. Uncomfortable place for someone who doesn’t come here regularly. The food was decent until I noticed mold. I lost my appetite but would still give it another shot if the manager wasn’t so off putting. What seemed like the manager was going around complaining that everyone has a problem tonight.. mold? I mean c’mon, do better. Regular customers will do what they please here as if it’s their home so bring a jacket even if you’re planning on staying indoors… took the rest of the food to go and was given recycled plastic bags from other businesses like ‘Lowe’s’. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like here and I’d be afraid to find out.

I went to this bar with my friends and got blatantly ignored. My friends (who are all males) were able to get drinks and I (female) continued to get ignored. One of my male friends had to order my drink for me. Then we went to order burgers from the Herbie’s window and were told the woman behind us was before us. We let her go in front of us to order and pay. We then tried to order on the touch screen and it didn’t work. We informed the woman behind the counter and she acknowledged what we said. Then she ignored us for about 5-10 min. We stepped out of line and more people got in line. She took their orders. We ended up getting food from Taquero instead. The service at this establishment was awful and I will not rush to go back. It’s too bad because their location is wonderful.

Waiter was really good, the chips were great, good drinks, burger was well over done, but the great service made up for it

Fun place to grab a drink or two. Enjoyed sitting outside on their spacious patio, sipping our beverages and people watching.

First time there. Didn’t feel too welcome at first but that changed quickly. Great food! Had all the games up we wanted to see and we spent a solid 4 hours there with 4 people and didn’t lose our shirts. Wings and sliders were top notch. It will be on the games rotation for sure.

Stopped in the ice gauze to see lean canteen( great show). Food came out wrong. Our server was great and took it back to the kitchen for correction. Came back Super Bowl Sunday for a quick bite to eat after a long day of skiing. There was maybe 10 customers in the restaurant when we ordered food. We were very clear that we did not want onions on the nachos. Super clear! But stated because guacamole had onions in it the guacamole was fine but NO ONIONS. Bartender understood. Or food came out with onions all over. The bartender argued with us until she realized we were correct and didn’t even apologize, didn’t offer to fix it, didn’t even give us napkins. She said “oh” and walked away after realizing we weren’t talking about the guacamole, we showed her the hand full of onions all over the nachos. We will never return!

Went here for drinks last night with a group of friends. Our waiter was either very new at this specific restaurant or did not have much experience serving in a setting like this. However slow service is not ideal but definitely tolerable. What’s not tolerable is that this place 110% over charged us for rounds because our waiter was very confused. I asked to talk to the manager to clear this situation up. Seems simple right? They SHOULD have itemized receipt histories in their system. The manager’s first response to my face when I requested that they not over charge us for rounds we didn’t receive was “OK LETS WASTE BOTH OUR TIME DOING THIS”

Maybe if the manager was being over charged with his own money he would feel differently.
Both our waiter and the manager did absolutely nothing to resolve this and refused to even try to help figure it out.

I’ve never been dismissed by a MANAGER at a restaurant/bar ever. I was not impressed by the lack of respect I was shown last night.

Horrible place. From walking in the door being wide open , it’s only 30-40 degrees out it is cold. This made me want to leave but I stayed, had the clams, wings, & discos fries. The only thing good was the drinks, & the fries , the clams were NOT little neck clams and the wings were nasty. I waited 15 min for my check after we were done and I asked for my check , just horrible service and food. Let’s not talk about how the chicken wings cost 20$ and aren’t even good !! Wow!!I’m not the one to complain but jeez. & They are so busy talking to the other customers he forgot I asked for the check!!! Smh BAD SERVICE AND FOOD!

My friend and I had the most bizarre and absurd experience at Ice House this past weekend (July 8th). We went up to the bouncers and my friend (who is a grown 24 year old man) showed them his ID. The female bouncer with a long blonde ponytail proceeded to ask if he had a second form of ID, which is fine but a little weird since people usually just look or scan. He showed her his college ID card, and attempted to show credit cards which all clearly stated his name. She then told him he needed something that proved his birthday, like a passport. Maybe I’m unaware of how the world works and I’m the crazy one, but who carries their passport on them when going out??? Especially when you’re of age and have a valid ID?? We honestly were so shocked by the way we were being treated that we thought it might be a joke. She was so rude, condescending, and dismissive, and basically just said that those are the rules and they have a right to ask. Even the male bouncer was confused as to what was transpiring. She also later stated it wasn’t my friend who was the problem but the “group” he was with. So we’re being judged solely on our appearance? Apparently she knows the owner?? The owner should know she’s nasty, miserable, and turning away paying customers. I saw another review saying that their friends were turned away as well. Get it together.
